I was leery of shopping at a place called Mattress Firm. In my day you went to a furniture store to buy a mattress. Clayton at the Aurora, Oh store changed that. He asked to give us a demonstration. When we politely declined, he insisted adding that a demonstration will help him help him help us find the best mattress for us. Clayton demonstrated what an adjustable bed frame could do to help alleviate body pressure. Long story short.we realized that an adjustable frame was not for us BUT we found out what kind of mattress we liked best. I thought “Sleep Expert” was just a sales tactic but Clayton proved me wrong. He was knowledgeable, well trained and best of all, honest. After three days of searching we realized that not only did he know what he was talking about but that with his help we found a mattress that we loved.and purchased! Highly recommended!

Feel very good about the purchase, but you have to negotiate for price on certain mattresses. Chris, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking the right mattress without overselling. Bought three mattresses- one was not available to see. 120 day try made it easy to buy unseen. If it doesn’t work, return it.
