Had a wonderful experience here today and Laura was amazing and super helpful. We are so excited for our delivery. Would give a hundred stars if we could! We didn't feel rushed at all and Laura helped us make the best choices for our mattress buying experience.

The experience I had was far beyond what I expected, they were absolutely amazing, I was recently in a motorcycle accident, I'm lucky to be be alive broke 7 of 12 vertebrae in my back, broke my ribs fractured my neck broke my leg in 2 places, needless to say I'm in a ton of nonstop pain, they helped me pick the best possible mattress fit for me and the patience was of the upmost best, (I just learned how to walk again, currently using a walker and getting in and out of bed isn't easy) I truly enjoyed the experience I had at this location, I felt welcomed at the store the moment I walked in, she stood up and came to the door and greeted us. I hate to write a book of a review but my experience was awesome! Thank you guys so so much!

Laura helped me out a lot today. Not only did they have sales for the new school semester but also have a student discount. Helped me choose the best mattress and frame for the budget of a school student. Was able to get the items on sight and have everything ready for college.

Matt is super duper and knowledgeable on all the mattresses. This is my 2nd purchase of the memory foam mattress Bed in a Box. No complaints. This time I did get the metal platform. It's just fine. Super duper easy to assemble. 8 latches and only two bolts. Verrrry easy. Seems solid enough for me and my bride to be as newlyweds. I hope!

Excellent Customer Service, friendly and caring. The representative listened to my concerns and needs regarding a mattress (arthritis and degenerative joint disease), providing me with several options along with allowing me as much time as I needed to try out the selections. He was super helpful and I would purchase another mattress there as well as recommend this store to others.

We worked with a nice woman named Laura or Lauren sorry I can't remember the exact name. She was beyond helpful and so nice and welcoming. We were in the store a whole 10 minutes before she had us set up with our perfect bed and platform set and with a sale on mattress protectors we couldn't pass up on. She was truly so nice and helpful and is definitely a 10/10 employee, deserves a raise! We Would definitely recommend her and this store to anyone looking for a new bed!

Second time purchasing from the Brimfield Ohio store and will always return! Super customer service and very knowledgeable. We went in to help our daughter buy a mattress and ended up buying ourselves the remote bed frame too. She wasn't pushy.never is. Helps you find the best deal in your price range. You can apply online before even going in to the store for financing (I did, why waste your time if you wont qualify) But please realize when you shop for a mattress. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
