I had a great experience working with Chad and Jarrett. They were immediately helpful as soon as we walked through the door. Prior to coming to Mattress Firm we stopped at another store, close by, to look at mattresses and were in the store at least 20-25 minutes, on a day that was not busy, and no one came to offer help. We were greeted at Mattress firm as soon as we walked in the door and they got to work to help us determine our best options.
The mattress we selected came a lot firmer than we expected which required the need for an exchange. Chad was very helpful with presenting a next round of options. The process was seamless and I was scheduled for delivery in 2 days. I would definitely suggest this location for anyone looking to buy a mattress. I definitely appreciate the experience I had here.

Jarrett Luna was awesome, he asked me all the right questions before he actually showed me any mattress. Then when I found one I liked, he told me all about it. I am definitely taking my kids back to get them a new mattress.

Very friend and know their stuff about mattresses. Answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know. I was going to buy two beds and after talking to them, I really only needed one bed and another frame. Nobody else told me that, everyone else tried to sell me two beds. But since I only needed to get a frame I got a really nice one that folds, massages and heats your feet lol. Nice

I bought a bed and got a free adjustable bed frame, I was told my bed frame would be here TODAY (March 8th) I ordered it 02-27-2021, I called today to see if it was available like the guy said it FOR SURE would be, and it’s not. Had I’d known I’d run into problems like this I would’ve gone elsewhere. When I stated if I would’ve been told when buying the bed that it would’ve been longer than the 8th the employee wanted to get an attitude. I should be the one upset NOT YOU because YOU told me the 8th, it’s the 8th and now my bed will be on the floor until god only knows how long. GREAAAAT Business.
