Faith was awesome she was patient, extremely nice and wasn’t trying to push our budget or pushing a different mattress on us! We ended up getting two mattresses that day. She was awesome helping us!

The associate Dominic was professional and super helpful. He wasn't pushy or just trying to sell a mattress. He let us take our time to decide. Definitely recommend buying a mattress from here.

I could not be more happy with my experience at Mattress Firm! I had called previously and spoke with the store Manager Dominic. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and patiently answered all my question. I went into the store this past weekend ready to purchase a mew mattress. Dominic remembered our conversation and immediately began to help me search for the best mattress to fit my needs and also my budget. I can not say enough great things about his ability to work with me. His expertise, knowledge and friendly demeanor all helped to make my experience so much easier. I did make a purchase that fit both my needs and my budget just as intended. I can not imagine having made such a purchases anywhere else. I am so thankful for the help Dominic gave to me, thanks to him my experience was stress free!

Dominic was awesome! He really made our shopping experience easy. We had a vague idea of how much to spend and what we wanted. He showed us as many mattresses as we needed and really helped us through the whole process. We just purchased our first home and he really helped us out! Highly recommend

I stopped into Mattress Firm in Mentor and Beth Kerlin was so utterly helpful and knowledgeable about every mattress there. I explained what I needed and she helped me get exactly what I wanted. Beth was not pushy or try to sell me anything she explained the mattresses to me and how they would help me get a cooler better sleep. I’m so happy I stopped there to just “check out” a new mattress. I left there so happy and excited about my purchase of a Tempur Pedic bed! Thank you

I had a great experience, Faith (usually at the Euclid location but was helping out in Mentor) was very knowledgeable and made mattress shopping easy. She made the experience, so I'm thankful and hope she is recognized for her outstanding customer rapport.

Scam if you buy a product you should not have to sign papers only to screw yourself when the product is bad. Paid about $2,000 dollars but the mattress is not good I wanted to return it but you have fee's and that free $500 adjustable frame is where the real scam comes in to you have to keep it and that $500 comes off your return so your $2000 return is you only get back about $825 SCAM SCAM SCAM. DALTON LAWRENCE SHOULD NOT BE SELLING HE HAS BEEN THROUGH MANY JOBS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SELLING A MATTRESS.
SO DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR STUFF AND DON'T SIGN ANY PAPERS BE COUSE THAY ARE THEIR TO PROTECT THEM NOT YOU.
I WAS OFFERED to exchange it with a fee I told a rep I just don't want it because it has 2 sink holes in it so it is like sleeping in a chuck hole it shouldn't cost the customer any money for a faulty product but MATTRESS FIRM seems to not care once you pay and leave.

Domenic was extremely helpful in helping me to complete my warranty claim. He was very patient with me as I chose a new mattress and if I had questions, he was quite knowledgeable and for the questions he wasn’t sure of, he got on the phone right away and got the answers I needed to know.

Dominic was patient with my husband and I while we tried different mattresses and helped us picked just the right one. We really had a great experience

The store manager was very kind and worked with us to find something we loved that was closer to the price point we were looking for. The store was very clean and well kept!

James really made my shopping experience great. He took time to make sure I found the right fit for me both for the product and price. He took extra time to give me options and worked to give me the best price he could. I am so happy with my purchase!
