Sean was very nice. He listened to my issue when it comes to pillows and made a suggestion that I believe I will be happy with.

Steven was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure I found a mattress I loved. Unfortunately, I did end up having an issue (manufacturing error) with the one I purchased, and he was happy to help me figure out a solution that worked for the both of us. Thanks again!

We walked in today to look at all the options we had seen in other places all in one spot. Sean greeted us right away, was very friendly and was immensely helpful in figuring out what bed might work best for us.

This is our 3rd purchase from this mattress firm store and every time has been a great experience. We were fortunate to have the same salesperson (Steven) who has taken great care of us every time. In store experience was fine. Delivery was a disaster. Because of the terrible delivery experience, I will never do business with the mattress firm ever again.

Mostly didn't care for the shopping experience. Felt that the salesman was relying on the computer matches on his tablet rather than any expertise/experience he might have or truly listening to the feedback we were giving him. The computer matching is no different from what I can do on my own on the company website. As the experience progressed, it started to feel pushy, and that he was trying to upsell us. His face noticeably changed to a look of irritation when I questioned some things he was telling me, based on my own sleep experience and research. Also, the samples are extremely close together in this store; I could barely get in/out of some beds to try them, because they are about a foot apart or next to walls. There were some promising beds here, but we left for a nearby store, where we had a much more pleasant, relaxing experience
