Matus Winery, Wakeman OH

Very friendly staff, purple haze wine was delicious I bought 2 bottles to take home. I wish they had a restaurant especially since there is really nothing over there. Other than that it is a nice place.

Nice winery off the beaten path. Staff is friendly and wine is good. Nice outdoor deck overlooking the vineyard and a covered patio around the side. First discovered this winery on the Sweetest Day train ride out of Wellington that they do annually.

Wonderful place to spend an evening! Delicious white wines and snacks. Atmosphere outside adirabe. Music was nice. Will definitely go back.

So much fun! Beautiful winery, great music, and awesome staff! Went here to see the live music and enjoyed a bottle of Purple haze, which was super yummy. Then switched to the wine slushies which were also amazing! The staff was so fun and was helpful in us picking out the awesome bottle of wine as we were not sure what to pick with it being our first visit. Look forward to returning in the near future with more firends!

Hosted my wife’s birthday here and Kellie and the team did an amazing job. So comfortable to work with and accommodating. We even brought young kids and the place handled them well. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

The wait staff were amazing.

TARP was a great band last night. Atmosphere was great and welcoming. Lead singer got the crowd involved a lot and could sing well. Family and friends had a great time as well as me. Wine and beer was tasting great. Will look forward to seeing TARP again. Just a suggestion wish there was a tip jar for the band would of like to tip them. TARP SOUNDED GREAT ROCK ON MEN

Wonderful time. Just wish they had more tables and a larger selection of wines. Staff was super friendly. Band (The Wannabes) were excellent. Had a great time.

Great small winery. A few good dry wines and a large selection of sweet wines. Awesome venue with lots of outdoor seating. Occasional live music.

Was very nice and relaxing for a Friday afternoon. The wine was excellent. We had the Chambuorcin. I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed,
We celebrated 2 birthdays there, was told they would hold a table which they did.
However I was told the wood stove from Lorenzo's would be there and we would be able to order.
None of the above was available.the music advertised as a 4 man band. One man, and we couldn't even hear him.
So we will not be going there for awhile we have many choices to choose from.
Sad for us.
