Very professional installation of my all new HVAC system. Workers were very prompt. I had used them before for repairs and had recommended them to others, all with great results. So when I needed a new system in my new home, they performed as I knew they would.

We had central heating and ac installed. Duct work and everything. It was a huge project and it couldn’t have went more smoothly. Every room had to have cuts in it and they were very good at cleaning up after themselves. When they got to our house that first day they started working immediately, making cuts and bringing in equipment. They knew exactly what they were doing, it was clear. They were very professional, and within 2 1/2 days the entire project was done. There was lots of problems in my house, no basement and 2 rooms have no ceiling access. They figured out ways to get heat/ac in those rooms! I was thrilled bc I thought it wasn’t able to be done, but Troy and his team figured it out. Very professional. Highly recommend

Mauder installed three furnaces and heat pumps in our church. From the quotation process to project completion the Mauder team did a great job. The end result was a very neat and and effective installation. One mechanical room was especially challenging yet they came up with a very good solution. I highly recommend them.

I would totally have given a 5 star review if it were not for the treatment I got over the phone and via email. Troy and his crew did a fantastic job but Brenda in accounting is truly unprofessional. I had the work done in August and just received a phone call from Brenda at 7pm (November 8) stating that our check didn’t process. She explained that her bank is very “screwed up” and they charged Mauder Heating and Air $26.50 and she wouldn’t charge us for her bank fee. To my surprise, the emailed invoice had the charge included. I called her back and got her answering machine literally 20 mins after she first called. I then emailed her: “I just tried to call you back but got your answering machine. Could you please send the invoice again without your bank fee? I was a little surprised that was included in the invoice. I didn’t agree to paying that as that is an issue with your bank. ” This is the reply from Brenda: “I am not answering phone tonight. I disagree with you. The bank charged me because the check bounced. ” Not the professionalism I expected from this business. She then called me and again said that she wouldn’t charge me her bank fee along with she works 15 hour days, they’re extremely busy, and she’s not taking phone calls. Very disappointing given that Troy’s crew does excellent work. If you choose Mauder for your HVAC work, we wary of your billing. I don’t think it’s fair at all to charge a customer $26.50 bank fee because of negligence.

All of this has been recorded. Slander means that the accusations are false and malicious. This is TRUTH… Lack of professionalism and accountability for this business still… Just don’t.

I was having an issue with my furnace. I had talked to others and tried everything that they said it could be. Everyone was baffled so I called Mauder and the gentleman I talked to had a good idea what was going on and he was right! I now have heat! (after a week of not having it). He was prompt, friendly, professional and reasonable and I WILL use them again! I am a very happy customer

Great service - showed up on time, worked hard and effectively, LOVE the Carrier heating cooling system - set and forget for several time zones - cannot hear it and do not feel drafts anywhere in house!

Considering the the fact that I was the one who got dirty and the problem was not solved i was very disappointed. I myself had to clean the condensation drain. As the worker held a flash light. Apparently he did not not want to get dirty. Long story short, I paid 70$ to retouch my condenser line myself. Single mom is apparently much brighter! Extremely disappointed as many friends recommend. How many other people have they blown off!

The person who made the appointment was able to get me in within a week while others had a month or longer wait time. The friendly, knowledgeable technician was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely use Mauder Heating & Air Conditioning again!

I called Mauder heating because I had concerns about a Carrier geothermal unit (they did not originally install it) Don spent time with me on the phone and walked me through doing a health check. In the end, he saved me a service call. Very smart, very patient, very friendly. Its great to see companies that still care about service. Great job!

I used Mauder Heating to install a furnace and AC heating pump in my business building in Sylvania. I thought their work was exceptional, their staff was professional and I would use them again. In fact, I did a couple days later on a furnace repair. They came out the next day after my call! I’ll definitely use their business again!
