Love.love.love them. Excellent customer service. Prompted, they know the products. The one's that they sell and repair. Never had a problem. And ever issue was always met. Kelly is awesome and so sweet. I'm always satisfied leaving there

More interested in selling me a new vacuum I had an intermittent problem The electric cut in and cut out. They replaced the switch and put electrical tape on the probable cause. Pitiful! Thank you for the $50 education I bought my vacuum online and saved over $300.

Up to this point we've been doing business with a different vacuum shop/dealer & were never really satisfied with the prices/service. We've recently taken 2 vacuums to Maumee Sweeper Center for repair. Fixed very quickly & for about $30. My husband has been the point person d/t my work schedule & now says that he won't go anywhere else. Our vacuums are used daily d/t multiple pets & my husband does commercial cleaning. The vacuum taken most recently was less than 6 months old.

My response to John's reply.
YOU DID NOT DIAGNOSE MY PROBLEM WITHIN 1 MINUTE. You had my Dyson in the back for 15-20 minutes while Kelly gave me a FULL sales pitch that included a demonstration for a Miele vacuum. I fully explained to Kelly what the probem was with my Dyson as I had done all the troubleshooting that was offered. I only needed to know whether it was the turbine motor itself or the electrical connection to the head and how much it woukd cost to repair it. Kelly led me to believe that you would be able to determine that if I brought it in. You also removed my comment about getting my wand mixed up. You did not give me back MY Dyson wand but gave me the wand of a much used and abused Dyson.

What a waste of time! And gas! I was led to believe over the phone that Don? Or John? Would look at my vacuum and diagnose the problem and tell me if it's fixable. He didn't do anything and didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. While he had my vacuum in the back for way too long for doing nothing, I was given a sales pitch on a new vacuum. My very expensive vacuum is only 2 years old and just barely out of warranty (my bad luck). Truly, my time and my travel are worth more than a sales pitch!
