Great staff, great food, great prices. I'd stop every day if I could!
Love this place

Good food but the prices have went up 40% and in some circumstances near doubled over time. I understand the economy is in a downturn and prices need to be raised. But ultimately- 12 boneless wings with fries was 6.99. Now it’s 9.99 without fries. The fries are an extra like 3.99. So you effectively have to pay 14 dollars for something you used to pay 7 for. These price hikes are understandable, but these hikes are way higher than other restaurants.

You can fit a semi in the parking lot. Out door seating. Pool tables and a huge menu.
I get wings they are huge.

Celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday had a wonderful luncheon together the food was great and our waitress was awesome thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon Heather helping make the day special

Good food, servers were excellent. DJ Brandon was very accommodating in playing good music and requests

Excellent food and service and helps out disability and special needs non profits! They were also very accepting of my severely autistic son!

Truly a GEM in our community! Visit fast and often. Ashtabula, Geneva on the lake and Cleveland!

The food was really good.best cheesesteak I’ve had in a long time.and the service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and polite. My only complaint was the music. It was SO loud, we had to practically shout to each other and normal conversation was impossible. Part of the dining area.which was the farthest seating from the speakers… was closed off. Granted… it was “ Jeep” night and they were having a good time on the patio, but I think we’ll make sure it’s a quieter night next time we go.

By far the best pizza and wings I’ve had this far. Amazing service. Their GOTL location is amazing as well! Super police friendly too!

Food was burnt but the great bartender Leah caught it before it was served. She took it back and the second go around was much better. Tasted great. Would really recommend this place if you are in the Ashtabula area and want a quick bite with great company.

Max's always hits the mark but, tonight the
boneless wings and hush puppies were a bit over done to say the least. Eat here all the time and the food is great but tonight things were a little off not sure what happened. Regardless we will order from here again because the food is good, friendly place, and you don't waste time waiting on a mediocre meal.

Well, decided to try this place for the first time ever today. However, will NEVER be back again. Not that the food or drinks were bad, but I feel it is a bit ridiculous to wait the better part if an hour for a pizza. ESPECIALLY when there were only a few other customers in the place (most of which were here for drinks and not food) So, if considering Max's, I'd say that you'd be best to not waste your time, unless of course that is wha you want to pay for. Just not worth the money to wait that long.

Burnt my food, brought out the wrong order. Service was very slow considering the place was not busy at all. Over priced for what you get

We had visited about 6 months ago and decided to go back.never to do it again.we were the only table there.and it took them 30 minutes to bring us some mozarella sticks.we decided to continue to wait.after 1 hour of being there, we were running late, so my husband went to the front to order things to go and the pizza still hadn't been put out.it was the worst experience we've ever had and we don't recommend it.not at all.no one even apologized for the inconvenience, and I repeat an hour later.they don't serve us food being the only table in the place
