16I haven’t committed to exercise in years. I was looking for a way to increase my strength that did not require many hours. I found what I was looking for in MaxStrength Fitness with two focused sessions a week. A couch is with me to monitor my effort and ensure I’m working effectively. It’s a rigorous program, but the benefits are worth it!
It’s one of those things that sound too good to be true. Twice per week for 20 minutes with the MaxStrength Fitness trainers has me feeling and looking better and feeling more confident. I’ve worked out with traditional trainers in the past and I can’t see why I’d ever go back to that!
Always an energizing and well-guided experience. My personal trainer is superb at keeping me working at the top of my game! At 81, I am counting on Max Strength Fitness to keep me fit and active for another decade!

I always liked working out alone, picking up tips from guys in the gym, internet and a few coaching sessions. Wasn't getting the results I wanted for how hard I was exercising and had a few injuries from over doing it. Took the free trial sessions with MaxStrength not expecting much, stayed with it and I like it. Wish I started years ago.

I really like my workouts and all the coaches. I wish it was a tiny bit less expensive, but that is my only complaint. Scheduling is easy and the location is great.
My trainer Josh uses a calm and steady encouragement throughout our sessions. His approach has made all the difference for me to stick to weekly sessions and a healthy life style.

Going to MaxStrength Fitness is the best thing I've done for my health. As a busy small business owner, I don't have a lot of extra time, so working out twice a week, for 20 minutes is perfect. You also won't believe what a great workout you get in that time period. I have more energy, my clothes fit better and it is something I can accomplish every week. It's been almost 5 years since I started strength training at Max. The improvements in my health are numerous. This is the only exercise program I have EVER stuck with. On my calendar every month & I rarely miss a session. I don't feel my age anymore & no longer take medications for pain & high blood pressure. This is a win/win workout - physically & mentally.

This is the first workout program that I have been able to stick with. I like having a set time for my workout and the consistency of working with the same coach (s). I like that they push me beyond what I would have done on my own. I have definitely become stronger since coming to MaxStrength. I highly recommend them.
The people at MaxStrength Fitness are the best! As a 60 yr old that rarely (if ever) "exercised" and never in my life "worked out" on a consistent basis, I had some trepidation about starting a fitness regime. What drew me to MSF was an issue with my rotator cuff that would have most likely required surgery. One of the experts I consulted advised me to try physical therapy with the idea that I could always have the surgery if things didn't get better. I have lousy insurance and the cost for therapy at the clinic was $300.00 for each 30-minute session. I reviewed other providers and am glad I found MaxStrength Fitness. I am happy to say my shoulder rehab worked, and I am feeling better than I have in years! Thanks MSF! Dan Malloy
