Mayflower Manor Apartments reviews
8If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly. Dozens and dozens of no notice entries. I was wrongly evicted after repeated attempts to recertify were not allowed. They are not professional in any way. The manager is a bully and not at all understanding of those with disabilities. They do not accommodate those with disabilities and in fact have made it more difficult for many. I would not move here period. They do not care about their tenants at all. They ignore any rights that you think you have and are putting bandaids on the problems that should have been handled professionally.
Management is abusive, refusing maintenance, 10 days water poured in, I fell on Styrofoam I had to put on floor to keep from walking in standing water.i fell and broke my thumb from leak from13 floors above of black sludge. They threatened eviction. They left my apt unlocked and open to public for almost 4 months. Our property was destroyed, sliced furniture. Circular sawed furniture. Took bedding out of vacuumed bags and put in shower. I haven't had an oven in about 10 months, I have management entering my apt at least 3 x without notice for no reason. They extorted over $600 out of me. Canr use my bedroom for 5 years now. Had to pull my own carpet for remodel. They damaged everything if it wasn't stolen. I have workers on tape stealing and partying in my unit. Came home with family to a house full of workers.no notice. They are intentio ally inciting emotional distress and it's abuse.torte of outrage. It's the workers and management leaving trash everywhere. I got proof and pictures of all of thiseverything i stated here. Sick nasty and inhumane
Apparently you are not allowed to view the AA archives that are in their lobby. We stopped when we were in town for founders day in Akron and we're met by some crazy lady screaming at us to leave. I hope the residents are treated better. Rude staff.
A group of us came to see the phone Bill W used, but you have to call ahead to view it, so we did not get to see it. Just a heads up!
A absolutely wonderful place to call home especially now that they are renovated! I've lived here three different times and with each experience it just gets better. They have a few things to work on but with time anything can change!
Being apart of this thriving and bustling Downtown, it's exciting and always new. Plus I have the million dollar view
I love this place! My neighbors are so thoughtful and amazing! I appreciate the Mayflower Manor Apartments Management team and service. Thank you for considering me as a tenant in this beautifully renovated and historic building.
Security was really rude and inconsiderate it was after 5pm on a Tuesday I tried to deliver groceries with a 40 pack of water and bags and he looked at me crazy wouldn’t let me in the building but walked passed so that it could open and told me to call up whatever that means he was no help just sat on his you know what. And the elevators take forever!
