Maynard's Towing, Columbus OH

We needed a tow and didn't know what to expect but it was an extremely easy pleasant process!
The gentleman that answered the phone was great, he gave an estimate of an hour and said the driver would give us a call when he was on the way.
The driver called earlier than expected and he was a nice guy.
He drove the car up onto the tow truck and dropped it off at the dealership.
He even walked in to give us the keys even though we were on our way out to him the moment we saw him.

It was way easier than I ever imagined getting a tow would be. I highly recommend Maynard's.

This company hires morons who can’t drive. 10/27/23 going down Cleveland & 270 pulling a black jeep… Your Drivers an idiot, tailgating & speeding. He’s lucky I’m a more polished & refined gentleman, than I was a few years ago.

Need to change thier hours of operation information. Shows 24 hours and they bring in vehicles into thier lot, but won't allow you to get back your vehicles until Monday.

Towed my car from my house without my landlords or building owners permission from a random person who called in impersonating him and towed my car without IDing said person properly will not give me or my landlord the phone number of the impersonator, has been extremely rude, will not work with me to fix their mistake, and problematic especially the woman who claims to be the owner.

Driver was very professional and thorough when he hooked and towed my Class C motorhome. Rates very reasonable. Thank you Maynard's.

Best towing experience I have had. From the initial call in to1 hour later waving at my vehicle departing, all went perfectly. Kevin was very careful and professional. This is a wheelchair accessible van, so it requires a little extra to get things done right. I will definitely use them again when needed. The price was what I expected.

Do not use this place, totally a scam business for insurance fraud. They are very rude and choked my grandson out. Police called and are filling charges today. Any place but here if you are smart.

They will not let you take ur car inside the gate to get ur stuff from your other car, if you need anything you have to go and grab it imagine in cold or snow will be bad.

One of the worst tow yards/companies you could choose. An absolute insurance scam of a tow yard.

Had a great experience with the driver. Wish I had gotten his name. Wife's car need towed to the dealership. He loaded the car quickly and efficiently. He then took the time to talk to me socially about everything and nothing. I got a firm handshake and he was on his way. That's good customer service!
