I love how my fliers turned out, the color of the images looks great. Fast and friendly service. Will be coming next time I need something printed!

They were very rude and too focused on their conversation about the upcoming party to help. They addressed my female companion very aggressively as if she was supposed to had known the information she was asking about prior to our first and last visit to this place.

Plus 2 stars cause it was opened and offered the service we were inquiring about.
Negative 3 stars because of the horrendously unprofessional service.

Before I could even ask my question, the gentleman that answered was very rude and just said he will not answer my question and no one in the store will not even my question. I asked why.he said he just will not without even hearing my question. I asked if I could talk to someone else.and he rudely said they will not answer my question.then he just said here! Handing someone else the phone. I said he was rude.they said nothing.then said only certain people they tell that too. I finally had my question answered.but why do I have to be treated like that.when I have given this place business before. I will not be back!

THIS IS FOR THE MAIN ST LOCATION! I I have never had an issue with the Mt Vernon Ave locationIf I could give this place 0 stars I would! The young lady who is there has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen in my like and I work in customer service. I came to this location twice to complete my order. The first time I waited and waited for her to come assist me after she finished talking on the phone. The second I went in I waited for her to get off the phone again while it was on speaker and whomever she was talking to using profanity speaking about her child and education and how she finally started completing school work. FINALLY I was able to order two sets of tickets four hundred each which I had to go to staples and purchase the blank tickets because she didn’t want to assist with the packages they had. I specifically told her what was needed on the tickets even wrote it down and she still did it wrong and it took a whole week and weekend! They have hours on the door stating they are open on Saturdays but they were not open on 1/25/2020. She did send the ticket proof eventually but the name is written wrong. I called her and told her the issue she says the ticket proof was approved and if it’s wrong I’m not sure what can be done about that and when I asked about my additional sheets she claims one of the boxes was short so she had to use all of them. She never told my team member that when the tickets were picked up. Instead of offering me a solution or even the option to reprint even if I had to pay she did NOTHING! Trulia or whatever your name is you are horrible at customer service and your job and if you don’t like your job you should find another one. I would not recommend A SOUL to use this place not professional and Customer service is trash NEGATIVE 10 stars!

As a graphic designer, I can’t possibly give this company 5 stars. I’ve used plenty of print companies over the years, all over Ohio and some online, and this was my least professional experience. If you are just walking in off the street and require the minimal, then maybe, but for a company that has been around for a while, the facilities should be much more organized and clean and the printing capabilities should be more competitive. The largest they print is 11x17. I’ve gone here 3x and each time I’ve cringed. I like to support community businesses, but come on. I was barely greeted at the Mt Vernon location and there were problems with the simple 11x17 posters I ordered- they were printed on the wrong paper and looked sloppy with white borders around the posters. I could’ve printed at the library. The 2nd time I visited, my job wasn’t even done, 4 days later as promised! It was a simple job. I have heard so many excuses and people try to explain to me issues with file compatibility that should not exist for a print company. Not one time did any of the employees apologize for faulty jobs! They took no responsibility for failure to give me what I requested. I’ve never heard someone tell me that a jpeg image isn’t compatible with there printing software! Come on y’all. I really want Mayo to upgrade their customer service and professionalism. I’d like to support, but won’t if I’m going to be given the run around each time.
