Mc Keen Security Inc, St Clairsville OH

Went in for a cleaning job and the workers at the place I was cleaning told me I'd hate working here and said I should run while I can. I was only going to get one day of training and when I messaged the place to let them know this job wasn't for me I never got a response. I left there on January 3rd and still haven't gotten my final paycheck. When I messaged them about it they finally responded saying I must have given them the wrong address. January 31st they said they'd issue me a new check and it still hasn't arrived.

My husband worked for this company for 6 years. The only reason he stayed so long was because of the truck drivers and the Mill employees. It's a terrible company to work for. They do nothing for their employees. They don't know how to staff their sites properly. If you want any of your information from payroll it's takes days to get it and the person who answers the phone is in need of a attitude adjustment. When you have descent and good employees it's a good idea to show them some appreciation they may stay longer. Instead they like to have a revolving door for people. The mill needs to get rid of Mckeen and take over their own security.

Could be a great place to work just don't go to the Cardinal plant it's filled with bed bugs and if u say anything about it they force u to quit so just be careful with certain places

I worked for the Mckeen cleaning company 2 1/2 days. I am a worker, not a milkman. I work, I do not.milk an 8hr clock. Literally takes 3 hrs to do our half of the Cardinal plant. If you dont wanna work, this would be the place for you. The Supervisor sat in her office and told lies about employess while she did nothing after I appeared on the seen. The training was pathetic, and was thrown a set of keys first day which I had no idea what they went to. So I call the main office and talk to Lori, at McKeen securities about possibly having.me do part time so I would not be.milking the clock and robbing this Cardinal co. She didnt even have the professional skills to call back like she said she would. Poor business and communication skills. From.my experience, you go to work, do your job and when your done leave. Well this specific work place motto is Go hide to burn up a clock that the Buckeye Power co is paying for. My thoughts to Any and All people If you steal from someone, which this company is, you get stolen from 7x over. And also lieing on good employees, well you reap what you sow. So prepare yourself for a pisspoor outcome for yourselves! I have a backbone and I will use it! Oh and I was told your not allowed to leave property on the clock, well its ThursdayJan 6 and I just seen a McKeen security officer at Coen gas station at 8: 00am. Does not apply apparently to this company!

Been here for about a month now love my shift supervisor he treats u like family only issue I had was the the days u never knew when u worked but they fix it now

I'm a current employee and I was struck by a coworker and the upper management are calling it my fault. They do not care for you at all and even though there's a 20 minute video. All they care about is you showing up and not bothering them.

No water allowed, 1 break for lunch if you get one, going to the bathroom is hard, staff look for you to slip up, lied about a 6 month raise, insurance sucks even if it’s the plan that costs half your paycheck

NEVER go here this is the worst place to work in the valley! I’ve seen bad management but lying about termination reason makes these people pathetic. Absolutely the worst set of people I’ve meant. If u want to be treated with some respect don’t go to this company. They will fire u after a 3 months. Even if you have video proof.

As a employee I have learnt first hand. This company does not follow up on there promises or word if you want a job at the bottom of the barrel this is the place they care about thereself and making money and care nothing about there employees word of advice keep track of your time and your pay check because they will cheat you and be sure to read everything carefully when hired and watch what you sign or check mark not a honest company also will hire pretty much anybody so if you can live with all that very little money no benefits this the place to get a job

The individual places where you work not too bad it's the people in the office I found a better job and now they are withholding my final paychecks until I turn in my uniforms which I told them in advance that I would not be able to until the beginning of next month I don't recommend working for this thankless company who treats its employees like slaves.

McKeen is an excellent security service who cares about their employees which is hard to find these days. The safety of clients and staff are their #1 priority. They pay decent wages and do their best to treat everyone fair. I would highly recommend them to work for or if you're looking to hire security personnel and they're in your area.

I don't know anything about them, but I have a request around the corner from them - a month-long, great paying job, and they won't contact me back.
