McAlister's Deli, Cincinnati OH

The girl that waited on us at the register was extremely rude to my (grown) son.she charged for 2 cups of soup and when he brought it to her attention, again she was rude and wanted to argue with him bc saying that's what he is requested when he in fact that was not correct. When our order was brought to our table we had one soup

This was our first time. They had a Great menu. The service was first rate. The food was astonishingly good. The food came out within minutes of ordering. We would recommend McAlister's to everyone! We will definitely be going back. Thanks McAlister's!

Fast, friendly service. Great place to grab a bite to eat in Dent on Harrison Ave. Ruben and Club were delicious you can also get half sandwich and bowl of chili or other soups they have that day for a really good deal.

One of the cooks running the line was being extremely rude to her employees. She looked and acted like a manager and was legitimately screaming at other workers during there average lunch rush. She was rude all around and didn’t seem to care that the whole restaurant could hear her. Everyone was doing a great job working to be a team except for her! She was the manager with very short brown/blonde hair.

Otherwise, everything was great. The older lady taking my order was very nice and respectful.

I went the other day to get the famous club sandwich and this young black male named Alioune had excellent service, was very kind and respectful and made feel at home, overall 10 out of 10 service for my first time stopping by. Highly recommend trying the food here if it’s your first time!

The first McAlister's I ever went to was an unsatisfactory visit. But I figured, different location, different service. I was wrong.

The staff was unable to provide the proper order, not once, but twice. And gave a not so friendly response when I came in to ask for my order to be made properly. They remade the order and got it wrong a second time. I just ended up leaving.

I use to eat at McAisters in Blue Ash all the time. This is the second time I ate here on the West side. I ordered a Savanah salad to go. The cranberries were not fresh at all. A lot of them were hard. There was like three times more than there usually are. As you can imagine they are very hard to pick out. This is only part of them.

Very poor customer service, I watched my online order sit on a counter for 10 minutes before anyone bothered to ask if I wanted it. Meanwhile 3 employees were assisting in taking an order and the take out counter was on the phone for 15 minutes for 1 order. Not a good experience

Nice place for lunch! Very fast service, food delivered as described and was very good. They offer sandwiches, soups, salads, desserts. I had a sweet chicken chipotle on ciabotta bread. It was a warm sandwich with excellent flavor! Their potato salad is very good as well. Their restaurant is well maintained and clean.

Good food and great service. Place always clean, orders are always correct. Staff always attentive and goes extra mile. Food is delicious. Recommend the chicken salad, club sandwich, macaroni and cheese, cheesecake, and any of the salads. Best Unsweetened Iced Tea in town.

Service was excellent. Place very clean. Every one keep moving, soon as you reach counter they would stop to help. Food excellent, as I walked up 2 people were ready to take order then in it. I review them neg before.food great both times. However really trim around with employees! I still believe all food and hairdresser should mask, to protect elders or children, due to you never know who is that one person.i believe people more Likely to come in. In western hills all over except star bucks do not wear mask. Or costumers. I know As an RN this virus is not over. Sorry forget to take photos

I absolutely enjoy McAllisters, however 50% of the orders I've ordered for delivery were never delivered. When you contact door dash they insist that only McAllisters can handle the issue. Order for pickup, it's never a wait.

I really like this place. Well, I love their food but it's pretty pricey. My wife and I (both ordering "pick two" meals) rarely get out for less than $30-40. That's Panera-level money, and I think they're ridiculously overpriced for what you get. But, as I said, McAlister's has great food.

I recommend McAlister's for the quality but its prices make it an occasional treat for me.

Stopped by for dinner the other night. I got the Chicken club with county potato soup and it was delicious as always! Although the food was delicious, it took them a little too long to bring our food out. My toasted sandwich was no longer toasty I was too hungry to send it back so I scarfed it down cold lol it still hit the spot

McAlister's has some really good sandwich choices with reasonable prices. I particularly like the Reuben sandwich and their potato salad. The pickle bar is a nice addition too. We all enjoyed our visit.

Very good soups and salads. Just confused if the salad calories includes the dressing. Wish menu was more specific about that. Like how the grill chicken salad comes with honey mustard Savannah comes with sherry.etc do those salads calories include the dressings they originally come with. I have to count calorie and sugars as I’m diabetic.it would be helpful for menus to be more specific for myself and others like me

Menu has some enticing choices but overall this restaurant is over-priced for what you get. Sat on the patio today for my first visit but then learned patio doesn't actually have service. Also had to cope with massive bee invasion and unguarded sun. Could do better, much better.

I normally love this place for a good sandwich. Today. Not so much. Soup was yummy. Ordered a kids pizza with mac and cheese. The person rang it in as mac and cheese With a side of.mac and cheese.then I order a half sandwich with my soup and asked for no sauce. And ayyee, I got a bunch if sauce. Meh. Not happy today.

My visit was just ok.the place was clean and freezing.they must have had the thermostat set for the North Pole (LOL) The Associates wasn't very welcoming or friendly. My food was good I got a loaded baked potato and cheddar and broccoli soup. Really enjoyed it. Next I'll do take out.
