McAlister's Deli, Hamilton OH

We paid 30 dollars for lunch and got about 2 dollars worth of meat on our sandwich. Won’t be back.

I drive a truck and I was passing thru and stopped in for dinner. Struggled with what to get and ended up with the French dip. One word.excellent.

I had free food vouchers for dinner here and I still felt it necessary to complain. Service was great, but the food was awful. My son's pretzel dogs came out cold. My wife's baked potato was also cold and my food was just very bland. This place consistently underwhelms.

Food is great and I was ordering a few times a week. The service needs a massive overhaul. Not sure if management is training the staff but I had two issues back to back within a week. 1) ordered pick 2 and no dressing with or on the salad 2) I ordered a few days later, …got the chicken pecan salad and it had no chicken on it! I was beside myself because of the lack of attention to detail. This is a deli that just serves soups, sandwiches and salads.
If you can’t get that right this is a problem. I am taking a break for a while as it isn’t worth calling to complain.

Great place to eat. Casual atmosphere. Walk up to order and they bring the food to your table. I had the French Dip. It was excellent.

Every time we do carryout, we ask for pickle spears and never get them. I know, it’s just a pickle, but it’s the principle of ordering something and mot getting it. How hard is it?

Amazing food and services. I also appreciate this one specific worker named Jaden who I think is the best Mcailsters employee ever and hope she continues her service for mcailsters

Small portions. I was expecting more. Flavor was ok. In a side note I have to say that doesn't make any sense to me that the TV was showing people talking about sports but couldn't hear because it was muted to allow customers to listen to the background music.

The people working here are always so nice and their customer service is professional. If we've ever had a problem with an order we called them and immediately got the problem resolved! The food is always perfect and the employees at the counter recommend you on options that give you the most for what you pay for. This is a great location - we love this place!

I have never been here.and am wondering why it took me so long as I sometimes shop at Walmart and I always passed it where I used to work years ago. My boyfriend kept asking me to go but for whatever reason I said no. Well. I missed out because I decided to look at their menu today and I was shocked my what looked like these amazing sandwiches, soups, salads etc. So I did a door dash delivery and got the "Rachel". It was a large sandwich but it was delicious! I will be ordering from there more often. I want to try the Harvest Pecan Chicken salad Sandwich and the Broccoli cheddar soup. Oh my gosh I was in heaven.so good. I only wish they put it in a box instead of wrapping it in paper because it made it kind of messy and the paper stuck to the sandwich. Otherwise.it was perfect.

Always clean, always great service, always excellent foods.the carrot cake is my go too for dessert. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for the great work you do. West Chester would live having a McAlister's

Walked in and immediately out. Something smells. Possible mold in A/C? Get it fixed to get my business!

7/6/23 Had the New Yorker (pastrami & corn beef), a really good sandwich. There was 3 inches of meat on the marbled rye bread. The down side, I ordered a side of Potato Salad. My wife got the Memphian.

Our cashier, Kavi, was the best. She is so helpful with navigating the menu. She’s also always willing to help you find napkins or straws, as well as grab you forgotten dressings or extra lemon. She always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face. Truly incredible service.

Took too long to get my food. The other three people at my table were more than halfway done with their food by the time I got mine. I went to find out why it had not got there yet and it was sitting on the food runners table. I thought it was a bit pricey but the food was really good!

When I walked up. The patio still had empty dishes on table. Once I entered I noticed a staff member in plain site on his cell phone. Another member in the kitchen was touching his hair. I did not see them with gloves on. Nor did they have on hair nets or beard nets. And I ordered a king club sandwich. That was not a $13.00 club sandwich.
My overall experience was very dissatisfied. They obviously have poor management and need to seriously look into getting new management. I'm very disappointed with this location.

Sandwiches were average, mine was average and i can get these sandwiches anywhere and probably better. The service was slow.
