My a/c wouldn’t come on (heat index is going to be over 100 today) I called at 9am and they were here before 10 am. I use them for all my maintenance too. They’re great! Reasonably priced, too.

Brand new furnace was installed in my house about a month ago.after the 1st week the furnace stopped working. A guy came out to check it out and turned out this BRAND NEW furnace had a recall on it. A new part needed to be ordered. The part was ordered on Friday and we were told it would be in+installed Monday. For two days straight nobody at the store knew where the part was located, so come Wednesday we were told they had to take the part from a new furnace they had there. (cool). Now here we are again 3 weeks later and our brand new furnace still isn't working properly. There’s no way I should get home from working 3rd shift and see my family bundled up in layers of clothing to stay warm. On top of my 2yr having a runny nose. Thank God it’s suppose to warm up outside or else we would be freezing all day or back staying at a family member’s house again smh

I had Brandon out because my heat pump was running continuously. I was so afraid I would have to replace it. Brandon explained what had happened, repaired, it, and was on his way in about 30 minutes. Awesome, honest company. Can't recommend enough!

Very happy with my recent purchase of a furnace and air conditioning unit. Robert and Calvin who did the installation were very professional and did the little things like answer every question I had and took the time to lay down tarps on carpet to avoid making a mess. Had a minor issue and Doug Jr came right out and quickly took care of it. Overall, highly satisfied and I would recommend.

Very honest and friendly staff! Will use them again for sure! I was quoted $1000 for a repair from a one hour franchise. Stating they had to rip the furnace apart. McArthur found what the actual issue was and was able to resolve the issue 10x cheaper!
