I have lived in this complex since 8/20/20 and recently transferred to a larger apartment. The leasing agent Amanda who helped me was very knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. She was able to advocate for us to make the move as smooth as possible. Overall ive been very happy with management here and definitely recommend Amanda to help you out if you are looking for a very nice, dog friendly, well maintained and safe community.

Hello, current resident here. Just had a meeting with Amanda at the front office to go over some leasing details and she is delightful! She is very friendly and clear about the entire process which I greatly appreciated. If you're new to the area and are looking for a place to live I highly recommend you speak to her, it'll make your choice a little easier I think.

They allowed us to sign a 6 month lease and accepted our 2 German Shepherds. The accommodations have been very comfortable and we are very glad we made the decision to stay here.

It’s criminal how bad it is here. Management is an absolute joke. All they care about is getting leases signed and pressuring you to leave a good review before you even live in the place. Absurdly overpriced and poor conditions. Garage floor epoxy on your countertops. Sound nice? It’s hideous. I can honestly say that this is by far the most expensive and at the same time horrible apartment I’ve ever lived in. Horrible management.

Although, the last sitting/ current manager, did try to actually help fix issues. So hopefully she stays and continues to do her best for all the current and future residents

Just moved in and I love our new home! Melissa has been so welcoming and helpful through this process and I appreciate everything she’s done! I’m grateful and excited to be living here!

I really used to have a problem with this place, but Melissa is the first property manager I have ever met in my life that has made attempts to really hear the needs of her tenants. I’ve never had someone validate my concerns like she has! This place may have had problems, but I am confident that with Melissa, big changes are going to make this place a true gem in the area. Great things are coming! Apartments here aren’t going to last long! Thank you Melissa for all that you are doing for us!

I moved from Charleston, SC to help my sister with her soup business. Megan and Valerie have been such a great help, with finding my new apartment and getting settled in. Thank you ladies for all the help. Also, I absolutely love my new place!

This place is great, I just recently moved in and the staff in the front office was super nice and helpfull. They even opened one day earlier so that I could pick up my keys and sign my lease since my schedule was very dificult due to my work. The apartments are beautiful and very homie. I will recomened it to anyone in the Cincinati area, the location is very secure and safe.

Megan and Valerie were such a delight, they answered every question I had about the property. Making me feel welcome when I first came into the office, which, I feel is a little out dated.
Great location and access to all the local hot spots, I can’t wait to move in!

It's been three months and we still haven't got our deposit back. It is around $600. The funny part is, I have called 5 times over this 3 months and each one of them on the phone tells me there was no request put in and asks me for a forwarding address. The last time I called I said the exact thing I have said above to the person on the phone and she hung up on me. What a customer service. I don't think they need repeat customers. Worst professionals I have ever seen. Don't go there!

I don't wanna give them 1 star but no option. Worse management ever I have seen in my life. Very poor maintenance. Flys all over my house, coming from the ventilator. Sink water drain got stuck in the kitchen and bathroom as well. I have been telling them the last one month. They are not taking any actions. When we took the lease they lied. Other utility bills as well

I hate this company, they find every way to make fees for you to pay to stuff there own personal pockets, without the actual Landlord (owner) knowing about it! They lie to you about there policies. Piss poor maintenance service! Some of the receptionist are Ghetto no customer service etiquette, no manners. I would not recommend this unprofessional real estate company to anyone I know.

DO NOT move here.worst management, poor maintenance, poor customer service, lire so on. I paid rent and utility together on or before the due date but still getting utility bills with late fees. I talked to the ladies at office multiple times and they said we will take care of it but they forgot about it. I have never ever seen this kind of worst management.

New resident review for Ryan (service technician) and the front office staff. Had a drip in my sink, and garbage disposal was having trouble. Spoke with one of the lovely ladies at the front office and they sent Ryan over. He arrived on time and was very proffesional. He fixed the garbage disposal in under a minute (guess it wasn't that broken) and had the drip in the sink sealed up in no time at all. Top marks for the crew at McCauley Crossing!

I recently renewed my lease and I love living at McCauly Crossing. I have greatfully called this place home since 2015! The location is great, the maintenance staff is prompt and the girls in the office are always there to help! Would most definately reccomend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean place to call home.

Beautiful place and great staff! I would highly recommend the community! Issue were few and far between and when they did arise they were handled promptly by the staff.

Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t believe the positive reviews because they give rent discounts for a positive review. And with the rent at over $1300 per month, plus the over $300 in added fees, renters need the discount just to stay afloat. We had to move due to our jobs, which we mentioned when signing the lease, and were told would not be a problem. However we had to pay over 5 months rent when we had to move for our jobs and they sprung our contract on us stating that there was no “termination” clause and we had to finish paying our lease, INCLUDING the “convieniently bundled” internet and cable that is tied into the trash and electric bills. This amounted to over $8000 for an apartment that was not occupied for almost half a year. They promised to try and show the apartment so they could break the lease to let someone else move in, however when we called to see how the apartment was showing two months after we moved out, we were informed that they had not shown the apartment to anyone, in favor of unleased units. In addition they apartment quality is sub par and no where near “luxury”. We only went with them because we were forced to do our apartment hunt online because we were moving from far away. Tiles and windows are cracked and half the windows were perpetually fogged because moisture was trapped between the cracked dual pane windows. On top of all that we just received our final bill, which included, (I kid you not) a termination fee to end our services through First Billing. (Why should there be a few to END my services, specifically the cable and internet, that I never wanted to buy through them and didn’t use for almost half a year?)

Through my relocation to the Cincinnati/Blue Ash area, Kat with McCauly Crossing, was the most pleasant and helpful person I had encountered. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office to being handed the keys, Kat was helpful, proactive and is one of the main reasons I chose this property as my next home. The complex is gated, the grounds are well maintained and the apartments unit is updated. The one bedroom I selected is oversized with a washer/dryer in the unit, garden bath tub, all new appliances in the kitchen with beautiful accents. The bedroom has double doors, giving it an elegant look. Both the living room and bedroom have a door to the oversized balcony. The bedroom walk in closet is large enough I could park my car in there! Something I was delighted to see was that each building section has its own mail boxes. You will not have to go to another building or area to check your mail box. After touring a number of apartment complexes, and even having some refuse to show me an apartment (due to them saying it was their lunch time or they had shift work to do and one actually told me it was too cold outside) Kat stood out with her friendly professional attitude and willingness for me to become a new resident. I definitely recommend McCauly Crossing to those that want a sense of security, over sized, updated apartments and a staff that goes the extra mile.

I have lived here for about a year and my wife and I are very happy here. The property manager is the reason we signed another lease. I would recommend living here.
