I just recently purchased a new tacoma with Mcdaniel. Shaun Edington was my salesman and was very informative and helpful. There was an issue with getting the military rebate, but Mr. Edington did not stop to find a solution to the issue. These folks are very welcoming and easy to work with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The dedication to helping solve the issue that we had shows how much they care for their customers.

Saw a Yukon as we drove by on Saturday, stopped and talked with Matt Ross, but wasn't time enough to test drive it. We came back on Monday so we could see it in the day light and test drive it. Matt made the whole process painless and fun, when it came to all the financing paper work was just so easy to work with. We took home a great used Yukon and can't be happier with it. Just purchased a used Sienna from Larry and the team with a trade in. They followed through on their word with a long distance sight unseen offer. Be truthful on your vehicle and the team here will be more than generous on getting you a good deal over all.

My experience at this dealership was excellent. The process was really smooth and Sydney was great to work with. The communication with her was great and she was super helpful.

I was looking for a newer jeep wrangler Jordon Crum found me the perfect Rubicon unlimited in flame coat red. Everyone was super helpful, no pressure, even let me take it for an extended test drive.
They helped with finding the jeep and financing. They happily fixed a couple small items. By the time I left I felt like family. I will never buy from another dealer.

After my car was totaled I was not looking forward to looking for a new car based on previous experiences. I had a GREAT experience with Tyler and left the dealership extremely satisfied. He listened to what I was looking for and came up with a match after only two test drives. No high pressure, the entire sales floor was welcoming and the paperwork was a breeze. I will recommend Tyler and McDaniel every time!

Wasn't blown away and wasn't upset with the purchase of our latest used vehicle. Price was decent compared to the rest of the market and they found me better financing than I was able to get with my credit union.

What I do not know is how I would have felt had I not found the exact vehicle/miles I wanted. It did not feel as though McDaniel did anything to go above and beyond but they also didn't do anything to make me not return in the future. My vehicle did have new tires put on which not all dealers do or try to haggle if you want/need them. Lol, but I am sure that cost was added into the price of the car of course.

Also not sure that if they had done anything to blow us away that we would have looked at them first when purchasing our next vehicle (which will be soon) based solely on the fact that everything we need is on line when shopping. We are pleased with our purchased.

Having an horrific and horrible experience trying to get my car fixed at this place. My car has been there for a month and is still there.i have been requesting a courtesy car since the start but they never have a car returned to them so they can provide me one. This is so pathetic. The manager Brandon was apparently painting from 10am to 5pm. I called them 6 times asking to speak to him. Wish I had paid the extra towing and got it worked on in columbus.

Outstanding service at McDaniel Toyota. Not only was our sales rep Sydnie Salisbury friendly, efficient and more than capable she went above and beyond with every question down to the smallest details. Great experience will definitely share with family and friends, my next vehicle will be from McDaniel Toyota!

Took my prius in because my new fob I ordered online wouldn’t work. Found out the fob needs to have the manufacturer chip in it to work. $257.for a new fob. I asked if programming it was included in the price and was told yes. I brought my car in to get it programmed, and they tried to charge me for it. The new fob will not unlock and lock my doors and I still have to use a key. They want to charge me to wipe the entire memory and reprogram it so that that will work. I asked them about the dash lights that came on a few days ago and they wanted to charge me to do a diagnostics $138 even though I would be coming in to have the fob programmed anyhow. I can go to a car parts store and have it done for free and I told them I would and they told me I was welcome to, but they have to work for a living here. I really don’t recommend them. Some of the employees are nice but some of them are just rude.

Sydnie Salisbury (Sales), Kelsie Phillips (Internet Manager), and the rest of the McDaniel Toyota team made buying a new 2023 Toyota Highlander Platinum AWD over the phone and internet a breeze. They were both super communicative and went out of the way to answer any questions I had in the process as the first time I have ever bought a vehicle online and sight unseen. They provided pictures and videos that were both high quality and accurate. We love our car and would shop with them again if they had a good deal on another vehicle that we were looking for. They were all good at getting us the paper work and getting our car on the transport service I arranged.
