McDonald's, Norwood OH

Great. Clean. Fast. Friendly. And just heard management tell his staff great job this morning as I'm typing this

Don't eat there a lot but when I go there I usually get my order taken and food within a timely manner.

I waited for my order close to 20 minutes still my order was wrong I order spicy chicken sandwich no pickles when I got home there was 3 pickles on it the girl expediting my order was texting on her phone my fries where cold I wish someone from corporate call me this place getting worse every day

Always wrong or missing items. Always pull around and wait. Rude no manners poor effort. 90 % evening crews. I will say not all are guilty but hard to tell. Just push order out the window as if we are the problem. Train and monitor is my suggestion.

I just wanna shout out to the manager jo, she was amazing I had a big order and asked for my nuggets cook to order and she had my whole order made fresh.very appreciated since my kids are extremely picky.so thank you so much and give this woman a raise

Long wait and if you order mcflurry it'll be all vanilla ice cream with a few sprinkles of Oreos on top

Awful customer service and very rude young people working there. I asked for no ice and they gave me a cup full of ice after I waited for 15 minutes in drive through. Waste of my time.

Over the past year, service has consistently disappointed. I just cannot tolerate the slowness and incompetence I experience here any longer.
My last 4 visits inside, I was standing waiting several minutes for an order that "disappeared" from their screens. Furthermore, no apology, and today's visit when I finally got my food, it was barely warm and the double cheeseburger was bunched up and the edge of the bun was stale like I just got handed someone else's leftovers.
Last week, I came to dine in and waited several minutes for someone to take my order. I walked out after someone looked my way and just turned around for the third time. This was at 6pm; it's not like they were closing down for the night.
If you want fast food in Norwood, go to Arby's. McDonald's and Wendy's are dirty and slow. If you must go to McDonald's, do the drive through.

I absolutely enjoy their dishes and customer service, excellent area to my home. The employees are always very nice. Will visit here again.

McDonald's down here in Cincinnati is so far behind. CHICAGO McDonald's got grits on the breakfast menu.an oatmeal.get grits asap plz.

Young lady working window was very rude called to speak with supervisor he got very argumentative and hung up phone called back to ask for corporate number and he hung up again will not be back

This place claims they never have chicken tenders day or night and when I ask why they get rude with me and I come here weekly and was even told they don't have time to fry them im so sick of these lazy workers always rude and do the minimum for the customers.

Norwood at night sucks, waiting to order and pay.getting food. They are so slow or on their phones

Hey be nice if you know my orders could always be right but they say they got a new thing now where they don't have to really mix all the oatmeal together you know with the fruit and raisins and brown sugar in it which I already like it to be in it so when I mix it I let it sit and then I go back and eat it like within that half are a hour or so

Very poor service, Cant get orders right. Slow service they should call it slow food, really bad service was in there 8/25/18 employees throwing paper at each other acting stupid.

There's never a great McDonalds, and there's never any great food. You get what you pay for, so thank God the prices are cheap.

Extremely slow service, the restaurant was filthy.
Took 10 minutes to get my order after I ordered.but I was a walk in.seemed like they only cared about drive-thru.

Norwood McDonald never get the order right. Order not right at all the time. Cost too high. Order always wrong. Alway put onoins on my burger when i order no onions.or ring up the wrong type of burger on order. Order wrong most. Most of workers kids that do not care and do no give recite all tge time.

Asked for ice water because I was doing landscaping in their parking lot in 90°+ weather, they told me they don't do that. Taco Bell next door hooked me up though
