McDonald's, Marion OH

The children they have working there don't know what they are selling or doing. You end up waiting twice for your meal.

I guess I just don’t understand how the shake and/or frappe machine goes down so much. Super aggravating when they tell you they can’t make something and then you see the car in front of you getting what you tried to order. This isn’t a single occurrence or I would just dismiss it. I can’t even count the number of times this has happened.

Ordered an extra sandwich, had to go inside and fight for it because the drive thru cant get it right

This place had hardly any customers in side the employees was all just behind the counter chatting the floor in the entire place was had trash all over almost all the tables had trash on them went into the rest room where an employee was using the restroom and went out with out washing their hands will never go back there again it was just nasty

Everytime we go through the Drivethru at night its a terrible experience. Bad food, bad iced coffees, and long wait times.

It's okay for a cheap and fast place, wouldn't recommend going there a lot, but they usually do a good job. Personally I'm not a fan of all the fast food and unhealthy trash they serve. But it's a good place that's cheap.

My experiences at McDonald's are usually amazing but for some reason, this time was different. Tonight, my grandpa and I decided to go to McDonald's for dinner. We ordered like normal and told the cashier that it was for eating in. They called our order number and instead of giving us our tray of food, they gave us a bag.
To prevent making a big deal out of it, we just took our food and proceeded to go to our seat.

We're traveling. Stopped for food, drink and restroom. One of us is only two years old and tends to go potty in his pants. No where to change a kid here, unless you do it on a table top in the dining room, which I saw someone else doing. I changed mine on the hood of our car.

What goes in must come out.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? The night staff at this McDonald's is so much fun! They seem to have fun working there and are very focused on their customers and their orders.

Sandwiches were cold and french fries wasnt to happy about it or my neighbor they need be hot when u serve lol so you can keep your business at the drive thur

Slow service, told the cashier the order was for there n she gave me my food to go, even after repeating me my order, n the other 2ppl that I was with got their food to stay

Fast and delicious, I have gone to this McDonald's since I was a child, but the touchscreen terminals inside have really elevated my experiences. I can customize things exactly to my liking and it usually gets made the way I order it which is an upgrade from the days when i could say no onions and end up with extra onions instead!

Won't be back to this location. Most of staff didn't seem to care. We were ignored at the counter when trying to get correct condiments for our order. Only a few customers here so it wasn't because they were busy.

Took 15 minutes for my order and they got it wrong period in wrong a big way no sauce and forgot my dessert

This is one of the finest places to eat ever. Enjoy the fish sandwich. It's the BOMB. I could eat about 7 at one time.

Horrible service and horrible staff from management. They can't read the screens and constantly mess up orders. My order was wrong but the sad thing is, all 6 people in front of me also had their orders wrong and so it caused a huge pileup when more and more people and cars came in and they had to start over.

Poor service and have to assemble your own. Food after 30 min wait in the evenings. Morning service is fantastic fast friendly and fresh.

Service wasnt good out of steak and had to wait on mcgriddle buns then cashier tried to rush me on making my order because i didnt know what else i wanted went to steak and shake they had my food ready faster the McDonalds did

If you want wrong food go there. I'm NEVER going to this one again. 2 major screw ups in 2 weeks. And they parked me on one. And still got my order wrong. I've spent 20 on food I couldn't even eat. On 2 shifts. DONT GO THERE.

Very slow had me pull up after ordering in the drive thru and it took them 15 min to bring out my food only ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 fries
