I love it! The food is amazing, the staff is great, the place is clean. No reason you should not go here, totally recommend!

Multiple days in a row I have stopped here in the morning. I do not recommend! Waited almost 20 minutes for the restaurant to be out of any breakfast option. Then returned to be told the second lane is closed and needed to pull around a second time to order behind another 6 cars, when my food was received it was cold.

When you guys come here why don't you get your recipient and do the review and let the Cooperation so what they are doing? ! This is a franchise! When I go here they don't want to do both lanes and have you waiting thinking something is wrong but its not! And then the cashier be on the phone while they take your order! And why don't the owner read those reviews!

Firstly I live right around the corner and I was there for over half an hour waiting second my whole order was cold and I always order my drinks with no ice and my drink was half full I think the only person that wanted to be there was the cashier everyone else gave me dirty looks

The last few times i came at night there is always a long line/wait. They run out of stuff tonight they didnt have quarter pounders. Asked for condiments only got a few for 2 sandwiches and fry. Normally i love mc ds but i stop on my way into work i cant wait that long

When you order a plain double hamburger with only pickles, and they put cheese on it. Every.single.time. ‍️

I went here for a quick snack after a trip to Kalamazoo. I was expecting about 5-10 minutes to order and get my food and was soon given a rude awakening when it took about that long before I was even able to order. Now, a thing to note is that there weren't any cars ahead of my in my line. I was sitting at the microphone for about 5-10 minutes. After this, I pulled ahead and was given a lovely 20 minute wait before I was even able to pay for my food. Thankfully, after payment, the food was out relatively quickly and it looked like everything was correct. That was until I got home and opened my Buttermilk Crispy Chicken, to find that they had messed up and put a chicken tender where the chicken patty was supposed to go. I imagine from now on, I'll just go the extra distance to the Glendale location.

The McDonalds on South Reynold Rd was clean and neat inside. I know it took a bit longer then usual to get our food, but the sandwiches/fries were fresh and hot. The employee's were polite and engaging. The only negative I saw was a trash can by an exit on Southwyck Blvd that was over flowing with garbage in/on it and on the ground.

Horrible service I sat in the drive thru line from 643 until 716 food still wasnt right. I couldnt get out of line because it had a sidewalk blocking u from pulling off in would never ever go back there

Quick, friendly and inexpensive compared to other MacDonald's I have been to but the biscuit was not as tasty as I am used to from other MacDonald's.

Morning staff is bad! Ordered sausage and egg on bagel, the person taking my order told the person making the food four times it was on a bagel, they still put it on a biscuit. I was the only one there, so it wasnt like they forgot, they just don't care. Just don't go there, they clearly cant be bothered to follow even simple instructions.

The girls were very nice but they had me pull up. I payed for my food in the drive thru at 1023 am.they had me pull up and i had to go back around and get my food at 1039. Everyone was able to get thiers. And im sitting there like an idiot. Im pretty pissed.

This is always the best McDonalds. The people are friendly and orders are filled accurately. They never disappoint me when I stopped here in my travels.

Not enough room to explain all the problems. 5 minutes inside and figured out they only worry about the drive thru. Order at the drive through and it took so long to order a happy meal that I gave up and curbed it just to get out of there

My favorite meal at McDonald's is the Sausage and Egg Mcmuffins! Got to have them at least twice a week ' soooooo good!

Drive thru is so slow. I mean extremely slow. And 99.9% of the time their ice cream machine is broken.

Awful staff went through at 530 am and the manager yelled at me through the window did it look like they were open. They were supposed to open at 5

Just go to Maumee instead. Bad morning staff. Ordered a large coffee and large ice water. Was charged for a large sweet tea and given a large sweet tea. When we said, no we want water the woman at the counter was genuinely confused. While making the coffee she kept casually talking/flirting with a customer in the lobby and forgetting our water. It took almost 10 minutes to order and receive our water and coffee. Will not be going back.

I hate that McDonald's when I got my food it was cold but since I was driving and I'm about to hit the highway I did not turn around I just threw it in the garbage we're not go to that McDonald's again

Well I ordered a 4 piece and 6 piece nugget and from the drive thru and my food was cold. The gal who gave me my food didnt speak at all. Only after I said thank you 3x. Disappointed. Then come to find out my husband visited the same place (that day) and he said his burgers were cold and the same gal was mute with him too.
