McDonald's, Eaton OH

Overall food was good. Order was incorrect. I ordered 20 piece chicken nugget and received 18 nuggets. I ordered 2 large fries and received 2 medium fries in large boxes.

I ordered 5 hash browns only got 2 ordered 2 sweet teas only got one of them. The other one was a unsweet tea. I am not happy with the service and i believe that my order should be redone and the employees were standing around and laughing. 1 star

Everything was okay but I had to go back through the drive thru because they forgot to put sauce in the bag. But good otherwise.

Not the worst Mcdonalds but also not the best I have been to at night past 10 always make sure to ask for hot fries they are always stale and cold if you dont

You forget the large fry, the large coke, the 4 piece nugget, the extra pickles on my burger was not there (they never are). I pay how much for a filet of fish and you put a tiny drop of sauce on it? Im never leaving your line until i check every piece of food and you people will WAIT, disgrace even for a mcdonalds. How do you get it wrong litterally more than 75% the time i go there?

Waited in line ten minutes. Finally get to the window and I'm asked to pull over to the side. Pull over at 11: 43. At 12 I go in to ask about my food. They had me my food time stamped 11: 44. So it had been done and ready for 15 minutes. And No one brought it out. Terrible service. And manager wasn't helpful at all. Won't waste my time or money again

The young lady taking orders tonight was very sweet but I don't know who is working in the rest of the restaurant but they all need trained. I ordered 50 nuggets plus fries and drinks and #1 all the food was cold and they literally piled all of that food into one bag and then instead of putting the dipping sauce in another small bag they balanced all that on top of the already overloaded bag. They couldn't give me another bag but they gave me about 100 napkins. Guess where they were! In the bottom of that overstuffed paper bag, I do appreciate the fact they gave me some napkins though.

They weren't ready for the rush of christmas light watchers. Gotta know your restaurant will be slammed those weekends, c'mon. Long wait. Bad food. Even my Mcafe was undrinkable.

Slow service. They get my order wrong about 30% of the time. They are running outdated computer systems, so they only accept cash after 1am, while their ancient servers update, causing us the consumer grief, if we were prepared to use a debit card. There is just a lot of small things that need to be tweaked
. About half of the staff are not very friendly.

Never have problems during the morning. Customer service is good, orders accurate. Evening time order accuracy has been iffy a couple times for me. But still always good customer service.

Employees were too interested in socializing with each other than the customers. After waiting 10 minutes, I was notified that not all the ingredients for my salad were available. The corn and bean salsa was not as fresh as other locations.

Every time I go there my fries are so nasty I can't even eat them and not to mention my sausage was soo cold. It's always something at that McDonald's. ALWAYS

Foods always wrong. No matter what I get, it's wrong. Either wrong toppings, or wrong food, or missing food. The last time we went thru the drive thru we got pulled. She said we were waiting on fresh fries. When we finally got our food the fries were cold. And so was the rest of the food. The lady handed me my bags. The second bag soon as she reached it out she dumped it. So she comes out and helps clean it up. Then gave it to me. My sandwich had fallen out of the wrapper and was on the nasty ground. She 're wraps it and give it to me. Gross! All the food in that bag hit the ground. 3 sandwiches, and a 20pc chicken nuggets. And about 5 nuggets were on the ground. So I go in to speak with the manager. The manager talks to the lady who gave me my order. She then tells us that she can replace my sandwich and that's it. I told her they hit the ground. I brought the food in to show her. 2 sandwiches had came open n was on the ground, and my nuggets. They all had dirt on them from it. She said she will replace the sandwich only. So I ask her, do you think I rubbed my food on the ground then? She said maybe. She wasn't sure what happened because she didn't see it. The girl even came over and told her the bag did rip and all the food hit the ground. But the manager still said she can on my replace one sandwich. So 2 sandwiches and a 20pc nugget got threw away. This is so wrong! This McDonalds is aweful when a certain managers on duty

Never seen an egg McMuffin with the meat laying completely on top of the muffin and laying in the bottom of the bag unwrapped. Then didn't give us our whole order. Manager was very unprofessional.

The kitchen people were giggling and laughing and acting up a little bit it sounded like from where we were we order sandwiches my wife had to take hers back cuz it wasn't done on a quarter pounder management needs to do a better job with the help inside

The second shift staff does not have their s**t together. Seems to mostly be students who aren't too concerned with the quality of their work.

Otherwise, it's what you would expect from a fast food chain. Consistent.

Very good fast and efishant the older gentleman running the cash register great personality super nice guy give him a raise made the visit seem more than just a business transaction need more people like that everywhere

Messed up are the food toke to long when we got the food it was cold. People where vaping around the food in the back not very good

Food is as it should be friendly people. Just remodeled & it looks verry modern & nice but not as playful as it was. Small play set not much for toddler's older kiddos would like the table tablet but there is only one. Go for a quick bite & wifi

After sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes, 4 other customers I decided enough was enough waiting.line full back past speakers, not one single car moved. As we drove past and felt sorry for those still stuck in line waiting u could see a small young girl running around like mad trying to fill orders. It looked like she was the o ot one in the store.turns out she was. As we passed the pick up window there were the other 4 associates smoking and yelling loudly about who knows what drama.
Not the first time this has happened.and doubtfully will b the last. Sometimes I try my luck at McDonald’s breakfast but dread it if I do. Come on McDonald’s, get your employees under control.ure the only place open for breakfast but ppl pass u by bc they know that the eaton branch service sucks and is slow.not just at breakfast.all day.
