McDonald's, Columbus OH

Rats! This place litterally has rats that were hiding by the drive through area. There were about 5 or 6 of them living in the bushes by the trash bin. I don’t know if this is normal but I found it disgusting. I litterally left before I placed my order because I saw one of the rats with a piece of food in his mouth. I asked the man through the intercom if he knew there were rats and he said yes and that they’d been there for about a week. No mentions of getting rid of them or anything. Never going back!

A while back me and my buddy went to buy 3 cheeseburgers (1 for him 2 for me) after going to walmart and the next day He had a terrible stomach ache and I had diarrhea. Never go in ng back there again

Very sad looking burger. Fries are all soggy and bland. Also didn't give me ketchup in my togo order.

Great place to hike to camp to climb to adventure to jump on the sand dunes and walk through the canyons truly magic

Had a great experience here with my kids. The food comes out fast and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are reasonable.

This McDonald's is honestly one of the worst in terms of service. They are always incredibly slow at all times of the day and many of the cashiers are rude. We had one drive-thru experience recently where the cashier was extremely rude. She would finish our order after every item we put on there, which we would have to say we have more. Then when we finally got our order, we were missing two sandwiches. That's unacceptable. If you have the choice, stay away from this McDonald's. I will start driving the extra five minutes down the road and hope that this one is better.

Everything was great except one lady that works there that was rude to the other workers. Short Indian lady, she kept screaming at the cooks while they were doing their best.

This McDonald's does not serve All-Day breakfast, even though their sign says they do. I order a breakfast sandwich at noon and they accept my order, then after ten minutes in the drive-thru line, the cashier at the window tells me, "yeah.we don't have breakfast sandwiches right now. " even though I repeated my order 3 times. She could have mentioned that when I ordered instead of making me wait in line. Also if you don't serve breakfast all day, take ALL DAY breakfast off the menu!

The only McDonald's in Columbus with an ice cre as m machine that as always works. And it's delicious. I drive out of my way specifically for this McDonald's

+1 they made my sandwich the way I wanted the first time
+1 store was clean and staff was nice
-1 I found a huge chunk of gristle in my nuggies >: 0
-1 they gave me hot mustard and not honey mustard

I just went there and the chicken was rubber and had no flavor also the other chicken sandwich I ordered had the largest piece of chicken on it ever

I order a fish sandwich with cheese and mayonnaise only. It is a great sandwich, not 'fishy' tasting like some can be from other places. It is a white filet. No brown nor gray fish.

I have breakfast there 6 days a week and everyone is courteous and helpful, I would recommend that McDonald's to everyone.

Nice and clean chicken nuggets delicious nice and good everybody will loved it very nice pls go super cool place for family and friends

Fast and Friendly service.parking lot is a bit tight but I'll be coming here more often because of repeat bad service at McD's nearer to me.
