Had to have nuggets replaced. Cold.
We had to pull up and wait for other part of order then we got cold nuggets

Great service, great deal using mobile app, servers were courteous and friendly. All employees were wearing masks

I placed a to go order through the drive up window. When I gave the cashier my bank card I asked him "How often do you change your plastic gloves between customers? " He stated " 1 time every hour! " As a health care worker I find this to be very unhealthy. Once every hour you are changing your gloves (PPE) is very hazardous, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic

Usual McD's. Only odd thing about this location is that sometimes the lobby is open and other times its not. Also they can be slower than snot! Drive thru gets crazy backed up with people who don't know how to pick a lane. I don't like how they got rid of their parallel parking, pretty much promoting people to use just the drive thru (maybe a covid thing). There have been times where they don't acknowledge you in the drive thru. Like I said its your usual McD's

Close to home, been here dozens of times, regularly get orders wrong - they omit things 100% of the time - imagine that

My normal experience with this McDonald's and its crew is pleasant enough. In fact, they typically efficient and pleasant; giving service with a smile and they handle orders correctly. I recently had to wait for my food an overly long time because it was prepared to go instead to served at the table. So it was waiting on me and I was waiting for it for quite a while. They were extremely busy and backed up and I was sitting in an odd area because I needed to charge my phone.

Waited in a long line to be told they were out of soda.this McDonald's is consistently the worst one we go to in the area. I don't think I've ever been through the drive through and actually received what I've ordered and when I do its cold/hard/old. There is another one just south on 161 and its 100% worth it to drive there if you must have it.

Average McDonald's. Hours aren't posted correctly. Don't show up before 7am. The doors will still be locked. Even though the McDonald's web site says the dining room opens @ 6am. The drive thru is supposed to be open 24 Hours but it could be closed. If you get served the food will be ok.

I hope all the special sauce people working at this place get replaced by robots, then maybe i will finally get my order made right, these tards cant even give me the correct change back.

Messed up my order and when I came to replace it they refused unless I had both the receipt AND the (now day old) food. Unbelievable. Will not stop here again

Ever since McDonald's started offering more complex coffe drinks, half of the time when I get coffee from this location the drink tastes like cleaner fluid. Honestly, I ordered an ice mocha and I think it was something that they cleaned the espresso machine with.

Bad attitude from the young lady taking orders. She seemed really disgusted by life in general, maybe put her away from customer interaction or she may just need to eat. Her bad attitude and unhappy face made me realize I need to make better food choices. I prefer food made with love, I'll even settle for mediocre.

I actually didn't order for myself, but for the kids, and my granddaughter was happy the the Shamrock shakes were back. Upon my ordering it seems the girl was rushing and frustrated when taking my order at the drive thru, so I just brushed it off, but the attitude need to be checked when taking orders, because if the kids didn't have a gift card, I would have drove off.

I gave them a one star because the McRib is seasonal. I hate waiting till November to get this. Then it is so cold outside I don't even want to leave my house to go get it. Sigh.

Good most of the time, they tend to forget food from time to time or the order taker doesn't pay attention and we get wrong items.

Stopped here with my daughter after a volleyball tournament 2/3/2019 around 7pm. Staff was friendly, and even brought our order to our table. A gentleman and his two kids came in and didn’t speak English very well. The young man taking orders was extremely kind and polite to them, helping them to make sure their order was correct.

This McDonald's frustrates me. I order sweet tea and get unsweetened tea. If by chance my fries are hot, they are under cooked. At least the employees are nice

Meh it's McDonald's. It's the exact same every where you go. So if your bag is MickeyDees. You really never have to worry. Same product every single

This has th rowers servoce ever the we’re so rude and when I saying them my order they kept yelling in my moms face saying “ your holding up the line” and then when we would add something they would be like “ omg really glazed tenders” like if you gonna act like that then why McDonald’s selling the food. This was the by far rudest/ worst McDonalds ever!

This is the nastiest McDonald's I have ever been to! If I could give it no stars I would. The dining area was full of gnats! The crew was talking inappropriately at the counter area. The food was fresh and hot, but the restaurant it's self was gross
