McDonald's, Massillon OH

The food is always over toasted to the point of having some burnt pieces on the breakfast and they aren't open correct hours they pick and choose when they want to be open. Mcdonalds website states open 24 hours Sunday through Saturday and they apparently close on sundays.get it together the other mcdonalds around are much better and only 5 minutes away and cheaper this mcdonalds is more expensive for less quality

My sister, brother in law, and I needed to get a late night meal for us and our whole family after a full day of moving out of a home we’ve grown up in (20 years- so it was an emotional day too). It was an hour before closing and we decided we would order the easiest thing we could for us and them- 3 dinner boxes. After saying our order, the worker seemed to repeat it in anger and, annoyed, he asked what sauces we wanted. We tried to respond as kindly as possible so he knew we weren’t ordering to try and be malicious. When we got to the window, the man working the register window took his card and rolled his eyes as he gave it back. I smiled at him to try again to prove we were truly not meaning any harm- we didn’t think ordering this a full hour before closing was an issue. However, he quickly rolled his eyes at me too. We waited close to 10 minutes for our food which wasn’t an issue at all! We know a lot of places are currently short staffed. No one came to the pick up window, until the man working handed our food out, he said nothing. We thanked him and he replied thank you as he closed the window and quickly ended his sentence with “motherf****er. ” We waited at the window for him to look back and see we had heard him, but he must have wanted to avoid any further confrontation and avoided looking out at us. Thankfully we are pretty level headed because if this incident had happened to someone who wasn’t, the workers definitely could have found themself in a dangerous situation because of their own doings. I truly do hope that both of these people we interacted with are fired or severely disciplined. It was extremely disheartening if I’m being completely honest.

Got coffee. Added a water at the cashiers window from drive thru. Worker did not like that. I could hear it in his voice and could tell by the way he handed me the water. Makes you not want to go back even though it was convienent.

I went through the drive-through today my husband and I are regulars and get two large coffees daily. The app was not working I had to re-register and when I did it took away my 4 free coffee‘s that I had. Spoke with the manager and she would only give me one free coffee. The manager knows who I am since I’m there daily and would only honor my one free coffee. Terrible customer recognition and loyalty I guess I’m drinking Dunkin for the next 10 years.

Fries were cold and the cheeseburger had way too much ketchup. So much that it was dripping frome the sandwich.

Ordered 2 big breakfasts on drive thru. Missing 3 of the 5 items from each meal. Went back through the line. Eggs and biscuits were thrown in one container. Horrible. This place needs better management.

This happened a few years ago but I’m still baffled by it. Came around 11 pm with a mobile order. They said there was something wrong with their computers, and asked if I brought another way to pay. I said no, because I didn’t think to since I used a mobile order. I can hear the girl swearing to someone else in the store, saying she’s not going to give us free food. She asks us to pull forward while she calls her manager. We wait there for a half hour. Call the store. The guy on the phone sounds high as a kite (no, not on weed.something else.he was slurring his words). He says the GM is on her way to the store to help us). We wait for another 45 minutes. They stopped answering the phone. Wish I would have called corporate

We were in drive thru and wife needed to use restroom and fat man told her to get out it's private bathroom. Very rude.

The fries are cold and not fresh, my order wasn’t made right missing items on my sandwiches that I paid for and asked for. Won’t be back anytime soon!

Nice staff but poor service. They missed parts of our order more than once. The burger I given was mostly rare. Wont be back any time soon.

The employees hate their job here. Minimum wage should be increased. I can understand. Working in fast food is overwhelming at times and exhausting.

Staff is always friendly. Makes me smile first thing in the morning seeing how nice they are to me when I get my morning cup of coffee.

Literally everything in my kids' meals were completely cold and gummy, except for the drinks. My chicken sandwich looked like someone smashed it with their palm, and was flooded with mayo.

Everything in my bag was what I ordered. They even got my unsweetened tea with no ice correct. I can't say that always happens, but pleased that it happened today.

How do you fire your employees for being sick? The manager here is okay with cooks being sick and making your food. Don’t eat here! It’s a health hazard!

The front counter staff was amazing, but that was literally the sloppiest sandwich I have ever seen in my life. Half the condiments were just laying in the box.
