McDonald's, Ravenna OH

Ok 8 times one year messed up my order I called never got mouthy with her never one time did I go back to get my food I'm over it they lady who i called was very rude and frustrated instead of listening she over talked me it's cool if you dont want to work quit

Hot food but slow service every time I go through the drive thru I have to pull to the waiting area and watch the other cars drive around me. Don't order anything special so don't know what's going on in there.

Service seems to be slow all hours of the day. They always seem to forget something everytime I'm there.

Management and staff suck. Sat in drive threw for 10 mins waiting on my order which was still wrong when i got it and no one seemed to care. Egg shells in my sandwich and sausage was half cooked and coffee had no creamer or sugar. But again no one seemed to care. Worst place to stop for breakfast

Why is the lobby closed when you can eat in Rockne's, brown Derby, red lobster ect? Because there not paying 13 bucks an hour to 5 people to work. It's pathetic

I've reviewed this McDonald's before. It's the worst! They have a new help wanted sign, Starting @ $13.00ph Don't worry about being qualified, The guy at the window played on his phone the whole time we were in line and the poor kid couldn't even count 2 Hamburgers. My advice for this place, keep driving.

McDonald's has really gone down hill. We don't eat there anymore. The only time we go there is for the grandkids cause they like it. Then even than they can't get the order right.

Always hot food, they move the drive thru line along efficiently, and have never had an incorrect order! They also always remind me to check my app for deals and rewards for my orders!

This store is HORRIBLE! Every time they mess up! Then turn around to just get more of a mess up! Foods always cold or burnt. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

McDonald's sandwiches are too much and there's not enough food there like the fish sandwich for example four or five bites in the sandwich is gone for almost $5 or whatever the prices I don't know because I don't go there enough to waste my money. Give your life to Jesus and have eternal food that will never perish.

Need to cook the burgers not fry the outside and leave the center raw. Also a dou le quarter pounder is 2 patties not one.

I understand if you're busy it may take a while which I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes That's not my issue. I got to the window to get my food Ask the girl Is everything in there She didn't open the bag and check just said yes and handed it to me and of course I pulled away and my sandwich was not in the bag and I did not have time to wait another 15 minutes in the line to get that sandwich So I just donated that money to McDonald's and I'm still hungry
Maybe management could teach their employees that when a customer asks if all of their food is in the bag it would be a great idea to actually open it and check.

Got some refreshing beverages after a long day at work, line was long and moved slow but order was correct, I’m ok with that

It was average. I wanted a hot fresh fish sandwich which I asked for. They said they just made them. They lied. Cold mushy fish. I threw it away.

Just went there to pick up dinner earlier. Both of my 10 piece nuggets didn’t have the full amount. The sandwich I ordered to not have pickles, of course had pickles on it, despite having a label saying no pickles. This was not during rush hour, I went straight to the intercom to order with only a couple other cars in line near the windows. Unfortunate to see that the employees here are too incompetent to count to 10 or read a simple label.

Pulled in to 3 cars ahead. Finally get to the mic. No cars in other lane. Waiting 3 cars pull up to the other mic all taken before me. Finally order. Everything is wrong. Never going back, worst place ever. Might as well just set your money on fire then come here

Curious for the reason why they would not mix the slushee the way the customer wanted. It really was a simple request. Just seems lazy on their part. It’s just as easy to say yes than no.

Jolene works at this McDonald's. If you know, you know. She serves up Mcknuckle sandwiches like a pro! Plus some of the tables light up! The tweekers are usually harmless, unless they can't get all three slushy flavors mixed together!
