McDonald's, Youngstown OH

Didn't give me my change, I pulled up to the next window and told the lady but she told me to have a good day, closed the door and walked away. I wasnt trying to make a big deal I'm just poor.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly at such a place and it is happened more than once. I went through the drive-through three times never left the parking lot took me 45 minutes to get the right order all the while they’re yelling at me because I don’t have a receipt which they did not give me and I hear the girl saying how annoying I am yet it was their mistake all I wanted was the correct food and they acted like they were so inconvenienced I never said sorry or thank you just threw my food at me THREE TIMEs

It's almost 6: 30 am with a line of cars and they are completely ignoring the drive thru. There is clearly someone working and they just ignore everyone. Why are you paying these ppl?

Waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru line to receive cold food. Fries tasted like they hadn't changed the grease in a month. Ended up throwing it away before i even left the parking lot.

This was the worst McDonalds experience of my life.the staff was rude my sandwich was incorrect and the wait time was unacceptable.this crew is the reason fast food workers dont deserve a $15 wage, the most unprofessional crew i have ever encountered. I'm calling corp.right after this review.

It is the worst mc donald's in the world, the manager is impolite and rude, the line is always very long and there are almost always not many things on the menu.

Shows they close at 10 my boyfriend and I waited in the drive thru at 9. Nobody said anything to us. We pulled up to the drive thru window there were people inside and they seen us. Terrible service…

Completely incompetent staff. Told me to pay at window 1 then got attitude when I showed up at window one to pay. Proceeded to try to hand me a bunch of drinks. Keep in mind I only ordered a large fry for my kid. These people messed up an order for 1 large fry. Told them I'll go to chick fil a next door where they know what they are doing.

Slow af. 20+ mins waiting in the drive thru chicken sucked bread was burnt, wasent worth waiting again. Stopped at burger king to get another sandwich

Are you kidding me! My husband ordered food and waiting 40 mins as the young man told
Him to pull forward! He reversed back to let them know he was still waiting and THEY FORGOT HIS FOOD! Are you kidding me! The worst service ever! And then wanted him to wait AGAIN! This is crazy! I worked fast food before and I never “forgot” someone who PAID for their food!

My food wasn't even cooked and nothing was made to order.it was pathetic. USUALLY been half way decent.but my last experience made me 100% decide to make that drive to western weserve rd McDonald's

Got 2 sausage McMuffin with egg and 2 hash browns. 12.50 should be 2 for 4 bucks. This restaurant always tries to take advantage of you. Should have went to I hop breakfast restaurant across the street. I asked her why it wasn't 2/4 she said we're not doing that sale right now. Won't be back. Rip someone else off!

I went through the drive through and ordered 4 strawberry pies a mocha frappe, double cheese burger and sm fry. I was told they only had one strawberry pie. I'll take it I said. I get my order and pull away. The burger looked like it had been in someone's back pocket. Ketchup was on the outside of the bun and no napkins, it was a mess. The pie was apple. I turned around and went back. The burger they replaced with one that was nicely put together. The pie on the other had as you can see is half baked and inedible. I will never stop at this McDonald's again.

This is the worst McDonald's ever, you have to wait in line forever then they don't give you all your food so then you have to go back in line

I've been to this place only twice at night. And both times we've got the most obnoxious manager. She was complaining about a customer in front of her and I had my grandchildren in my car and she dropped the f-bomb. I told her she needed to watch her mouth she's a professional and shouldn't be talking like that. She said she was talking to her crew said she didn't have to deal with me slammed the door shut and locked it. Yeah I won't be going back there anytime soon. I have never been an advocate for firing people but this woman needs to lose her job.

Completely unacceptably slow can we get someone from corporate to make them fall into compliance with required drive through times

So again The milkshake machine is down during lunch hours for cleaning why can’t we clean the milkshake machine during breakfast hours, and also they only have one drive-through lane open during lunch is ridiculous.

I keep telling myself not to go to this McDonald's. Every time I go I am disappointed! Cold french fries, cold burgers, drink not full and terrible customer service. I tried to ask a question on my last visit and the girl in the drive thru told me she didn't have time there were two cars behind me. The question was about my order! This bad customer service was NOT limited to this visit!

The lady with short hair and glasses is not very kind.always shoving the food in your hand and not saying anything then slamming the window in your face.not to mention her hands are always soo dirty. Like she was just playing in the mud.just wash your hands? How is it so hard
