McDonald's, Wilmington OH

The manager is absolutely rude, we came in a big group. Of course we tries to help and had nothing but a attitude with us. Pathetic service

IT AINT EVEN A QUESTION…. McDonalds is the all time best! Easy in and out parking, many shady spots, quick service and clean facilities! Unfortunately they no longer offer breakfast all day or salad options but they gave me extra sauce upon request so I was loving it, nah da bun bumb bump! ’

Set in the drive thru 15 min. Was the next car up and they closed the lights off and wouldn't even say anything. They should have at least took the cars waiting in line. RUDE

I visited via the drive-thru and was served by a very nice young man. As I ordered, I mentioned a shopper code I had, from a previous visit (to a different location), asking whether it would afford me a particular sandwich item.
He was clearly quite new on the job, and the inquiry threw him a bit. But, he dutifully checked and it was not.
So, I defaulted to the "included" sandwich instead, but he neglected to remove the one about which I'd inquired.
And, I ended up with an extra sandwich.
All is forgiven though. I didn't re-clarify, nor have him read back my final order. So, mea culpa for my part in the error
Ultimately, all the food was good and the service attentive.
I'd have otherwise given 5 stars but for the training issue.

Right now is 9.27pm and they closed, but on the door it says they work until 10.00pm dine in. Disappointed.

This place DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS AT 9pm PRETTY SURE THEY ARE ROBBING THE COMPANY.

I stopped at your store on my way home from Cincinnati and got a crispy chicken classic sandwich and it was overdone and dry. I just wanted to give you feedback to let you know that they are being overcooked and it's a very dry filet because I feel of the overcookedness

Ok for McDonalds, but lost a star as they could have done a better job of staffing and cleaning tables

Food was good, it was ready fast, and attention to details like the coffee cup lid being on tight and including slat, pepper, etc. I see teamwork the entire tome I’ve been here. This is noteworthy. I’ve travelled 3600 miles across 12 states in the last 2 weeks and the majority of my experiences are understaffed restaurants. Kudos to the managers and team for creating a quality experience.

I run up and down I-71 from Maine to Cincinnati so I always stop here on my way down and usually stay in the truck parking lot beside them. Great staff and fast service

This place needs to ok really hard at whom they have working for them 1) I'm convinced they cook cant read and they don't know what extra items mean. It wouldn't be so bad if you was charged an arm and both legs of yours and the rest of your family members for the next 50 yrs.

This was a great experience, they messed my my order but fixed it immediately and let me keep the drink they messed up on

Needs kid area, Middleton choice of employees are disgusted. They have no taste for there store or customers.

This spot always delivers. They serve good food for convenient prices, there are no long waits even when the spot is full.
