Why did the MC Donald's on Detroit Ave stop selling shakes and frappes. I went three times this week and was told they don't sell them any more.

Worse service in the world esp when the black crew is not working that day! They open when they want to instead of when posted on the window, someone definitely need to replace them!

They say they colse at 11 but really they close at 10: 30 I just went to try and get food and the lady wouldn't take my order cuz they "close soon" yeah in 30 mind I would never recommend this place to anyone. Food is always cold the workers are always rude. Do not go to this Macdonald

Charged me $10.17 for a double cheeseburger and Coke! Then gave me the wrong order. Didn't realize this until I was miles away. Never go here again.

They a big ol eh. When they say they close at 11 they really mean they close at 1030. But if you trying to get food during normal hours they still aight. Luke warm food food for a luke warm price. Go ahead and hit that mcdonalds on Lorain. Better food and a faster time.

My iced coffee does has not been too good lately and every time I order a plain cheeseburger they put everything on it and it's half cooked not too happy with them lately

I don't know if it's the formula of McDonald's that's changed or the lack of attention to the stores but from where I come from if you don't have the order right the first two times then you shouldn't be working there and especially for anything close to $15 an hour.come on people pay attention. Burn outs!

Disinterested cashier counted the 3 rolls of coin he broke into his drawer while I sat 4 minutes waiting to pay for my order, when i was told to wait 30 seconds in the pull up lane it took 6 minutes more.

Mcdonalds food quality has hit a new low with the change of the nuggetsagain. Id rather have a price increase over a quality decrease. Hi c orange default beverage of mcdonalds is gone and only other healthy option is water. Staff was less than friendly at the drive thru but what can u expect from children. Overall i give this particular visit a D+. Not a failing grade, but once mcdonalds was easily the first choice over all the other franchises. Dont get me wrong.quality has dropped across the board of frachises i rather just eat at home when i get the chance

I had to repeat my order and it seemed I inconvenienced the girl taking my order. She seemed upset I needed 2 happy meals instead of 1. I also asked for sugar and creamer put in my coffee and I didn't get either.

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered 3 coffees, all large, two iced one hot. After a long wait, I finally got 3 iced coffees, two medium one large. The large one tasted like they just dumped water into it. The coffee with an extra shot tasted like they poured salt in it, it was so awful my boyfriend (who the employees called a girl) had to just dump it out. I am NEVER returning here. What a waste of time and $10. I want my money back.

Actually this time around it was great, quick, efficient, order ready in time, food was great. Wish all my times here were like this

This Mcdonalds is normally ok to visit.they normally have decent staff and the place seems nice and clean.the only thing i dont like is that its a bit small.i think when they were renovating it they should have expanded the building a bit so that they didnt have to make the dining area so tiny.

I go there sometimes very early in the morning on the weekend, and they are always so friendly and nice and always have my order correct! Makes my day!

I like most of the food at Mcdonalds I just don't like the service at this place they always mess up the order if it wasn't because of the food I would not go back you just have to check your food to make sure it's all there and if it's in a box make sure you open it up and look before you leave because they're good for not giving you two patties. You will leave with one and pay for two

My 4 piece chicken tenders was so dry and overcooked that only 2 of them were edible, and none could be described as "tender. "

We were in drive thru a long time last night and the girl that took are order messed it up so the lady at the 2nd window fix it with no problems

Every time I order from here they always forget something it doesn't matter if I order it for delivery or go get it myself.

Um. It's a McDonald's. The service is hit or miss. I will almost always go there if I need a cheap, quick bite in my car since it's close to where I work. But, you know.it's a McDonald's.
