McDonald's, Liberty Township OH

Sat in the drivethrough line for 30 minutes to be told they were shutting down for 30 more minutes, if you don't have the staff to run 24/7 you need to close.

Wish I could give it 0 stars, and I work in the service industry, so I almost NEVER complain, however, I showed up in the primary lane of the drive thru at 2: 40 am, there was only 2 cars ahead of me, finally got to the speaker at 3, and it was 3: 05 before the lady came on and told me that they were only on breakfast and that they were only accepting cash, I told her that was fine and proceeded to order my food, once I finished ordering I never heard another word from her, I sat there for another 10 minutes at the speaker saying excuse me and asking if I should just pull forward, so I decided that I would just pull up to the window that they may be having issues with the mic. When I got to the window the lady told me that she had never taken my order and that it was a 30 min wait. I said yeah I figured I’ve been here for 40 min, and that I did speak with her and order. She told me that she didn’t take my order and that if I wanted served I would have to go back and sit in the drive thru and there would be another 30 min wait, there was no one else in line at this point, I pulled back around and waited 5 more min and she never came back over the speaker so I left empty handed after an hour will not go back and will be calling corporate, get gas station snacks before you come here.

Worst place imaginable. You literally wait for 45 minutes, get attitude from the person on the intercom, of you're door dash they treat you like second hand citizens, if you're trying to place an order so they do is roll their eyes and it's made me uncomfortable eating here. The constant attitude and slow service mixed with the thought my server is spitting in my food is enough to turn me off.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered a 20 piece meal and got cold hard fries and 10 stale chicken nuggets. Wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonald’s.

They could do a lot better always out of something or can't have ice cream machine always down out of flavors on seasonal flavors

Horrible! Was stuck in drive thru From 10: 24 to 10: 48. Couldn't order, couldn't drive away! Finally the driver in front of me pulled up. (They had ordered a single happy meal, they must have been desperateto wait like that!) I just left!

Clean, friendly, great to be able to go inside & eat. Very relaxing. Pleasant atmosphere.

Not typically one to complain, and I know they are understaffed, but I've been wondering why there line gets so long at night. I know why now, because most of the employees spend more time in the parking lot than the restaurant. I feel bad for the lone employee inside, but I waited there for thirty minutes to no avail, and there was nobody at the Drive-Thru when I left. Do not go here.

The guy named devin that’s working night shifts is great, never had anybody speak to me that calmly, it made me want to be patient lol.

I used to love eating here, but my fiance got burnt out with his son's, grandkids, and other kids in the family so I am really can't be mad at him about it. I still enjoy eating here, we just don't do ask much as we do other places. I can always go for the classic double cheeseburger, medium fries, large coke and of course gotta have the hot fudge sundae!

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers w/o onions, they came out plain and dry. I went back thru the drive thru and they replaced 1 burger. Why should they get $15.00 per hour?

Waited 35 min in the drive-thru line for breakfast. Food was cold when I got it. Will definitely choose a different location in the future.

Been sitting in this drive thru for over 30ms and still ain't at the window to get my food July first 12: 45am til 1: 20am. Not even a coupon for my wait. Never had that happen before no matter the time. Not even an apology for the wait. Thanks.my kid fell asleep on top of it

This McDonald’s is terrible! Unsanitary store, long unorganized lines, and they forget your food! Have been back many times in hopes the experience is better but every time I return it happens to be worse! Waited an HOUR for a tea they forgot to give me… if you have the option, definitely go to a different McDonald’s would save you loads of time and a better experience.

Love this McDonald's it always seems like the good here is always hot when I get it and the workers are a lot more friendly.keep it up

This is one of the better locations with better service. I live much closer to other locations but I still drive to Rt 4 ANYTIME I eat McDees! It often looks really busy but you will be surprised in his fast you get threw the line!

This is one of the worst McDonald I have ever been to I don't think I'll ever go back I have given them multiple chances and they have screwed up my order more than three times now and it's not like I eat there all the time

If it's after 8pm don't bother. This McDonald's service has gone down the hill! Literally like 2 people work here and if you get in line you are never leaving and if you do it's without food because the wait is ridiculous. It's not a joke it's not even funny, it's just sad.
