Breakfast Restaurant McDonald's reviews
21It's always busy and it is a pain to be able to get your food once you do it is very satisfying.
Just the frappe. I do not eat that FrankenFood at All! It is no good for My Body, nor yours Either!
It's McDonald's?
Staff friendly enough food fries hot burger heat lamp hot long line and they handled it well
HORRIBLE service! Very rude to customers and staff. Had an issue with my card and both managers spoke in a disrespectful manner rushing me and basically had an overall funky disposition that is unbenefittng for "management". Needless to say I refused the order and will not be returning to this location even though it is right by my home. I'd rather travel for good service instead of settling because it's closer. Nope. Not I.
Get some manners and stand by your slogan: Good Service With a SMILE.
Chic- fila it is FOR ME!
Not actually open 24 hours.
Edit: pricing is also incorrect make sure you check your bill and your food because its most likely wrong
Edit #2: 35 minutes later I have my food. There is nothing fast about this place
I like this McDonald's it's clean, fast service, nice customer service. Everyone wears a mask. They get you order right the first time. If you have to wait for order, it's no more than 3 minutes.
They forgot my spoon and we had trouble ordering but the girls at the window were hilarious four stars
The owner is really taking advantage of customers with everything on their menu being completely over priced. You can go to the McDonald’s on Cleveland Ave or Morse Rd and save money… It really angers me how greedy this location is, plus the service isn’t any better. So what’s the reasoning behind the price hike on the menu?
Terrible service employees constantly forget items in my order
And display a less than professional tone when confronted with mistakes you are treated as someone in the way of the next customer and not recognized as a valued customer
This restaurant decides to close whenever is convenient for them during the overnight hours. Very inconsistent on their hours
I Only like going between 12am-3am. The manager on shift is super nice and friendly and my fries are always hot and fresh during these hours.
Drive through nearly 20 minute wait. There was nobody to pay when I finally got to the 1st window.
Not well treated well at all. Denied access to the restroom when I made it clear I was going to buy one of their proo
This is like the only Mcdonald's even open in the area later night. Lines were pretty long, moving quickly-ish.if someone did not fall asleep in the drive thru.
Just FYI breakfast starts at 4am.
This time it was ok. The young lady was very polite. She went to get my order, then another young girl tried to step in. She told me it was everything. I opened my bag tk check it before i left and a few things i ordered was missing.
Drive thru line was wrapped out to the entrance, they had two drive thru lanes but only one was open so it took almost an hour to order food and get up to the window.
Went in the morning time when I got off work. This is the first time my order was correct and service was fast.
Have gotten my order 100% correct every time. Never miss even a sauce or napkins idk how y’all do it but I appreciate it
There are times where everything goes just fine at the drive-thru, then you wait 15-20 minutes for your food and then go inside to get it. Nice employees for the most part.
If I could give it a zero I would.
My mum is an RN therefore an essential worker. She was on her way back from a 12 hour shift and went to order the thank you meal promotion and presented them with her work ID. Her place of work does not have pictures IDs because of safety reasons. The McDonalds workers demanded to see a work picture ID (even though on the terms and conditions on the meal, it requires a valid ID it does not say a valid picture ID). She had been to this location a few days prior to order the thank you, and had no issues. My mum then showed them her driver’s license to show that her name matched. Then the manager had the audacity to say she would call the police on my mother. For what exactly? The managers name is Kalin. My mum did nothing wrong and then waited in the parking lot of almost a hour for the police to come so she could explain what happened. She then asked when the police would get here and the workers said the police said it wasn’t a big issue for them to come out. Of course it wasn’t! With everything going on in the world right now why would they waste police time on this? And what was their end goal? For my mum to get arrested for the free food the restaurant offered? So we would have one less essential worker available? The entire staff were rude but especially the manager. It was unneeded and that location needs to be corrected.
