Best filet o fish I've had in a long time. Speaking of long times, it was near closing time and things weren't as fast as I had hoped.

THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to.they have horrible customer service (they don't talk to you sometimes), no manners, and leave you sitting at the speaker waaay too long. I only come here because it's closest to my workplace. Frustration is an understatement.

This location is pretty busy but the crew are very efficient and the drive thru lanes move quite fast. Food is hot and fresh every time, I have yet to see any inconsistencies with my orders. I basically order the same breakfast a few times a week here passing by, staff are fast, friendly, and efficient. Items never missing, order is spot on. Will continue to stop by and grab a quick breakfast!

My daughter loves fries. Had to stop and get her some. If i didn’t have to ask for fresh hot fries? I would've given a 5 star for customer service. Exceptional Service

Every time I go here and get an extra condiment or two, they ALWAYS mess it up. Do not bring your money to this place.

Some McDonalds are franchisee-run locations that are poorly run. This is one of the best-run locations. They work to provide quick service.

Otherwise, it's Mickey D's. What else can I say! I've always liked their McDouble, which is basically a Big Mac for about half the price.

Too often I don’t get what I pay for. Recently I didn’t get a 10 piece nugget, but didn’t realize that until I got home. I called 3 times, but no one picked up the phone, so I drove several minutes back to this location, asked for the nuggets, and provided my receipt just to be told that I checked the bag before leaving and that everything was in there. I had only looked at the top of the bag to see the contents. I ordered three meals and they stuffed everything in one bag so it appeared everything was there. I asked the girl at the window why does she think I would drive all the way back and again she told me I looked in the bag before I left so everything must have been in it. At this point I raised my voice and asked why would she say that as if I would want to drive several minutes back down the road just to scam McDonald’s for a free 10 piece nugget. My bill was over $20.

Every single time I pick up dinner for my family from this location, they either get our order wrong, or things are missing from our order. I've continued to go there only because it's close and convenient, but after a fiasco with our order today, I will not be back. The employees are mostly rude and have zero customer service skills. It's just an awful awful location, and there's three other McDonald's not much farther away, so I would definitely recommend passing up this one!

Terrible. Every car was waiting 10 minutes to get their order. I get up there and ask the worthless female cashier what is taking so long, and she states they are closing at midnight (it was 11: 24), and that she's working alone (as I see two Hispanics preparing food in the kitchen behind her). She hands me the food and the fry carton is half empty. Nope, try again, at which point this minimum wage slave girl has the hilarity and audacity to tell me I couldn't do her job and tells me I have to take a refund. I verbally abuse her because nothing else is going to happen to her, what are they going to do fire her? And replace with who? And her life is already at rock bottom, so you think she cares? This is the state of America today.

Literally appalling how disrespectful their employees are. Went to the drive thru around 11: 45 because I was craving a legendary McDonalds sprite. I pulled up and immediately was met with “We’re closed”, I said “don’t you guys close at midnight? ” (as listed online), she interrupted me with “nope, closed. C-L-O-S-E-D” I said “hmm, weird” and was cut off by “see you tomorrow morning”. I said “I literally just wanted a sprite but it’s fine”. I completely understand how annoying it is to have customers come right before close, I worked in fast food for 5 years, but I only wanted a fountain drink, not food, something that wouldn’t have messed up their closing routine.

So I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe and I was halfway into my sandwich when I found a cockroach in my sandwich and I don’t normally have any problems at this place but after this I’m never coming back

Worst McDonalds branch. Manager was even worst. They literally shut the window on face. Time of visit 12: 10 pm, Date: May 13,2021

Friendly staff, they have 2 ordering lines to move the process along. The food was hot and they had it waiting at the window.

I have been here probably 6 times ever and 4 out of 6 times my order has been wrong. I called and complained and the manager was so rude and nasty. She asked me “then why do you keep coming back? ” Who says that? ! She is by far the rudest and nastiest person I’ve ever dealt with and I will never be going back. If you’re that rude and miserable about your job maybe you should get a new one? She’s a terrible and disgusting person and I hope she sees this review. I’m done.

I've had issues with my orders probably 70% of the times I have stopped here. This morning, they literally left out HALF OF MY ORDER. I don't even understand how that's possible. I was the only one in line, they definitely weren't busy. This location needs to get their affairs in order, other businesses will be getting my money from now on.

From the first moment you step in this restaurant the personel give you a good feeling. Very congenial crew, it is a friendly restaurant to go out with buddies or with your date.yummy meals, professional chef de cuisine, decent cost and nice service. Warmly recommended.
