My cousin tried to work at this McDonald's and Employees did not help with the Work application

Had the never to give me some reheated cookies. Cookie totes are fresh not reheated. I get a tote because I know they will be fresh!

It's mcdonalds it's good or bad depending on the day but the last few times they messed up my order

Horrible service guy smoked a black and mild as he handed me my food in the drive thru. If I could give zero stars I definitely would

I specifically said four apple pies this heifer put two apple pies and two cherry pies in my bag I get all the way back to the hotel and what do I find cherry pie wow

This McDonald's while had issues in the past. Knocked it out of the park on my visit today. Hot fresh food friendly but genuinely happy service. Thanks guys i needed that little win ill be back keep up the good work!

I ordered two McChickens with no lettuce and a hot fudge sundae. The receipt was correct, however there was lettuce on both of them. Also, the hot fudge sundae had almost no fudge. I noticed that 5 minutes later when I get to work, and I tried calling them three times but no answer so I just went ahead and left a message however no one ever called me back.

Customer service is bad they forgot my coffee with my order try to add another charge on my meal I could argue cashier about it or i could count as a lost just don't come back.add to my list of places where there rude and not nice bad service is what I dislike more then bad food that number 2 another ghetto McDonald's

Need better organized. Sistem for be in fast food.is not true.
Sometimes I have to waith 10.15 minutes.to get my food

Would definitely recommend the Swattie meal. The sauce was especially good and it wasn't that expensive. Good for if you need for in a hurry.

Fries are the most important part of the meal, so when I received DOUBLE FRIED (old fries dipped back in the oil to reheat vs.making fresh) I was heated! Both orders of fries were as hard as potato chips! On top of receiving the wrong chicken sandwich and a dry burger, smh! Of course, when I tried to call to speak to a manager no one answered. Fast food should STILL be edible!

Not the best quality of food. In the drive thru they had me accidentally pay the person behind me in lines order and not mine. Then they didn't give me a receipt for either order. Was still trying to give me the wrong order and kept asking me for a receipt they never gave me. When I paid the difference for my order they gave me the wrong receipt. Never truly knew if I was charged correctly or not. No plans to go back there! Livingston Ave and James Road location.sad

This place never gets my order right if you are ordering for more than 2 people they always miss something in the bad and you have to go back in and get your missing items. I will avoid this location normally.

They rush you when you place a order. Plus they never get your order right. Food is always cold and they keep an eye on you if you’re at the dine in for more than 10 minutes. Whole stuff is a joke and judgmental gang. Avoid this location!

My grandson got a gift card and wanted to order his own food. He was shy when ordering but the cashier Addounte was very helpful, helping him place his order. Thank you so much!

Visited this location and they ignored me in the second lane and took 3 other orders ahead, all of which pulled up from street and they were not busy.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favor, go to the Wendy's down the street. A quarter of the time for better service.

My favorite Mcdonald's to come to. It's convenient and close to me. It is nice to see the same friendly faces at the window, get my coffee and start my day!
