McDonald's, Maumee OH

Woman in the drive thru was always very nice to me, sometimes she was the only person in the day that was nice to me. This was 3 years ago, i moved away.

Horrible curbside experience. Had this guy older man balding teeth missing. Come up to my window rude as all hell. Said is your order cause I'm not coming back out here for you people again. Went in grabbed my food then came back and basically threw the food thru my window. Then went on to mutter something under his breath. This man don't like his job he shouldn't be in somewhere that has customers.

I just want to say thank you to the people that work here. I am down here for work right now and I am staying in a hotel across the street and decided to walk to the restaurant. Well the lobby was supposed to be closed but the router door was still open. When i walked in instead of kicking me out they took my order and got me out within 5 minutes.

Not good. Nice pleasant staff, but not accurate with providing condiments nor napkins, even when I asked, he was pleasantly dismissive. Served cold thick cheese on a cheeseburger that was terrible. Fries were excellent though. Still will not be back.

We just came in to use the restroom. Though the lobby was closed, they allowed us with no argument. Traveling with our 8 year old that needed to use the bathroom, we were limited with the choices.
Thank you for making an exception and understanding what it is like traveling.

Didn't even wait for to finish ordering got to second window and told him they added stuff on and he handed me a large drink and slammed the window in my face never going agian

Great staff better food. Great suprise to myself and family. Sad i have to drive outnof state for it.

I don't know want happened tonight (10/17/21) 6pm I got a number 7 meal with a large coke thru the drive thru no joke my fries had a handful of hair not one not two but too many to count. Then I look at my cheese burgers and it was cold like almost frozen cheese too. I am disgusted if you don't have good trained staff then just close. I know places are understaffed but this is disgusting. I usually frequent this McDonald's once a week so no more if i knew who owner it I would call them.

I come here often, normally has a very long line but the ice cream machine is not down nearly as much as some other stores

This location is trash. Had a 24 dollar order and literally every single thing was wrong. How hard can it be? !

After a busy at Wendy’s across the street who’s every machine was broken, tried my luck at McDonadls and Pulled up to the drive thru a little more than an hour before they closed. No one answered so I pulled up to the window and one man ran to duck out of site and the other stood there. Still didn’t ask me what I wanted so I just left. Wish I could give 0 stars for the 0 service I received.

The drive thru was really slow. However, the window person was very nice and the food was freshly made and decent.

Tried to order food through the drive thru an hour before they closed while everything was still on and no one answered the drive thru machine.then we pulled up to the window just to confirm if they were closed and saw a couple of young kids hiding from the drive thru window.i get it, trust me.but at least make it less obvious lmaoo

It's fast food, so I can't give it five stars. Well, yes I can. (For the Arrowhead drive location.)
For fast food, it was well made, the employees were courteous, and they even went the extra mile. I made my order via the mobile app, and they asked me if I needed to make any changes to the order before they finalized it.

Ordered a very simple meal during lunch break and spent almost the entire time in line. Had to scarf it down before heading back to work.

As long as I don't get sick, ALAN and have to have the contents of my stomach examined, I'm good. Love the two young ladies working drive thru on 7/25 around 3-4p.m. You two rock!
