McDonald's, Perrysburg OH

Ordered via the McDonald's app for pick up. Upon entering the restaurant the food was being placed at the pick up counter. I don't think it could have been any easier.

I stopped going to McDonald's for a little while. It seemed like their prices were going through the roof. I have been here twice in the last few weeks and it seems like their prices are coming down. Service and food were both good. I used the drive thru both times.

Average McDonald's service is mostly pretty good, but sometimes it can be very slow. On the up side order is almost always right.

The lady on back drive at 1: 20 on the 17th of October was eating a sandwich as taking money and food on her face and didn’t have much customer service. She also had the window open a little while handing my and receiving my card.

I try to go there every morning but the dinning room is never open I drive a truck that can't go through the drive thru and it's getting really annoying

Bathroom was not at all maintained.
Most of fountains were flat tasting including all coca cola. Drink station was empty and could tell they were not cleaned or stocked most of the day. The food was cold, and disgusting. Employees were too busy in the back on their phones and headphones in to hear anything. Just completely disappointed

Honestly, when is the last time you haven’t bought a burger here that absolutely looks like it’s been sat on and smashed and made hours and hours ago? Because I truly can not remember. The service is usually decent, they have young kids working and for most it is probably their first job. The quality of the food is just terrible though. Never fresh. It’s fast food, so I get it. However, Arbys and Wendys next door, Taco Bell down the street, is much more worth your money. Skip this location if you can.

Guaranteed to mess up your order every time. Turn the lights off, fire everyone and press the reset button. Start from scratch and do better for everyone’s sake please.

Seriously, fast food chain workers need to evaluate their workers before they hire them. I ordered something but changed my mind and the girl at the first window did not comprehend normal English (she was completely fluent too.) I quote “Could you erase one ice cream from that order? ” and she proceeded to remove 2, giving me only 1 ice cream cone when I only wanted 2. It’s simple math, really. 3 ice cream cones from the original order, erase one; what could be the number I wonder. Definitely not 1. She smiled after she closed the window, she was well aware of her mistake.

Stopped by at 7: 10AM and they are not open. Everything says they are open. People are waiting in the curbside spots and mobile order and they are closed.

If I could give a negative star I would! 9am every door open so I walk in to order my food and get yelled at by 3 people get out the dining room is closed. No signs up nothing. I get in the drive through get my good and the meat was raw. No coffee products they said all the machines were broken. How this place stays open after reading all the reviews I have no clue

Beyond ridiculous how long drive thru took. Sat there for at least 20 minutes. Unacceptable

It's fast food, I mean it's hot and quick, however to me the best sandwich on their menu is a filet-o-fish, their only sandwich I have loved since I was a child.

The food was great, last few times we have tried other McDonalds their quality has went down.

Poor management can't keep a normal staff. Lobby is often closed. Not worth going too.

Got a raw burger. Wife got her order wrong twice. The final time they got the burger assembled for my wife they still didn't include bacon and weren't able to get bacon. Absolutely disgusting. Slow service.

Stopped to go in and order and use the restroom. Doors locked. Sign on the door says dining room open until 7. When we mentioned to the drive thru employee that someone should put a sign up she told us she didn’t work there; not her store.

Ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese and they gave me one patty with some tomatoes and shredded lettuce and no cheese, even ordered on the kiosk and the receipt matches what I ordered, either carelessness or illiteracy.
