McDonald's, Holland OH

You guys are killing it! Ordered special everything. Paid. Pulled up. Order was ready. Fast. Accurate. Awesome. Good job!

I went here for a mid-day (3-3: 30?) snack and purchased 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 small fries, and a coca cola and sweet tea.
The food was fresh and hot, the only thing they got wrong was my pop it was Dr. Pepper instead of Coke but I drank it anyway.

The cashier at the second window was also very nice and helpful and had a lovely smile.
I wish I would've gotten her name so I could've put in a good word in with their boss. People like that are a breath of fresh air nowadays especially when you're having a bad day.

Fries were cold and stale. Called the store and the Manger had the worst attitude then tried to say she can't hear me when I told her what was wrong. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. It's not that hard to make fast food.

I saw an ad for a sale on Big Macs and Quarter Pounders. Two for 6 dollars. The Big Mac was unedible, just garbage. But your out of the lot and it is impossible to go back and complain or get a fresh one if that is even possible. When is this company going to fix these stores? There was a time when McDonald's actually cared. That was a long time ago. Now I was cheated out of 6 dollars. L. Keeny

Our order was incorrect again, not sure how you can still put the wrong sauce on a sandwich after being told 3 times no tartar sauce. The only good thing about this Mcd is the awesome lady from Burundi.

They were very good with the kids. They are expensive but, like anything, you get what you pay for. There was no high pressure sale and were willing to do payments. I can't wait to get my artwork. ️

Only the drive through was open. I couldn’t even go inside to use the bathroom. Tried to order a frappe… sorry the machine is broken. No big deal really. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and it tasted as it should. The burger was hot and the fries were fresh. I was very pleasant with the staff and was sure to say “Thank you” and “Have a nice day”, but no replies from anyone. They just took my payment and handed me my food with the minimum amount of effort and enthusiasm.

This McDonald's had good service and the manager and employees from McDonald's on Reynolds and Hill need to take lessons from this store. Good and fast service. And the are hiring right now. Airport Highway location. This location needs more employees to open their Lobby.

This McDonald's at exit 5 in Ottawa lake Michigan is our very favorite! I will go out of my way to come to this location. The staff is friendly and so quick! Never a long wait at the drive thru or in the lobby. My order is always hot and accurate. I highly recommend this restaurant over others!

Dinner time order. Asked for no onions on my Big Mac. Got onions. Old fries. This shouldn't be happening. With the price of food, I expect my food to be the way I order it. Doesn't take rocket science to figure out how to make a sandwich. Step your game up. Ray Croc would be disappointed.

Mannn so i when up here and they threw the mf small fry at me threw the window when i said i wanted a large then they blew there breeze in my face and start playing music

Went into the first drive thru speaker, got to the speaker and waited for like what seemed in forever. The cars beside us went thru with no problem. There was no, “one moment please”.

Everytime we order through Door Dash this McDonald's never packs up the correct food. The receipt is correct but the food is not.

Wait time was long and High prices for a small fish sandwich.its been the same fish since they opened but now it just costs more.

Easily one of the worst McDonalds location in history. Staffs at the drive thru are incompetent, rude and generally lack all means of customer service. This location is extremely filthy; saw a staff picking their noses in the back then proceeds to handle food. Also speed of service is exceptionally slow.

Can y'all please update your "come on in" sign on your doors since Covid has been going on for over a year & some restaurants/ fast food places are now letting people in the dining rooms & since YOU ARE NOT it should be changed or your dining room should begin to open up then.thanks

Very quick service through the drive through, however the food was lukewarm and the fries soggy and the container only half full.
