McDonald's, Mentor OH

So the food was decent and the staff were friendly. But somebody in that kitchen smells horrible! It was some kind of bodily odor coming from somewhere behind the counter. Not sure who it was but perhaps I'll go over to Diamond Center or 306 from now on.

Very rude and unprofessional! Didn't mark down a milkshake I had said I wanted, got my food asked for my shake stated I never ordered it and I'd have to drive around the building and reorder it when I already ordered it, manager very unprofessional, rolled her eyes at me when she said she would just get the shake I had originally ordered, called her out on her being unprofessional and rolling eyes and then proceeded to give me attitude! Very Very unprofessional people that work here!

This McDonald's is so fancy looking. There are vases with artificial flowers in the center of the tables. It's all updated and brand new. The employees were friendly and the food was good. No complaints.

Cheap food for the poorest of mankind and still they can't even get you a burger that doesn't taste like it was made of grissle

Ordered through the app. Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. Then the people inside said they didn’t receive my order. Then the clock hit 11: 00 a.m. And I couldn’t order breakfast anymore. Avoid this McDonalds.

Had a meeting with friends at 9. Then ordered lunch to go. Ordered small fries and double cheeeburger with extra pickles. Got home and 1 pickle. REALLY. How hard was that?

Ordered Bacon Mcdouble without onions, but received regular mcdouble without pickles. I did not receive my frappe so i had to drive back around while being force to wait in line again.

Unable to make a proper coffee beverage, don’t buy McCafe here, Drive the extra minute to Dunkin’ Donuts.

Love the Morning Crew and iced coffee but service has gone down hill and the food is often cold.

I am missing a small items from my order on several occasions. Apple slices or dipping sauce not in the Happy Meal, etc. The last one really annoyed me. I ordered the oatmeal for breakfast and after I drove away, I realized that they didn’t give me a spoon. How am I supposed to eat it? PAY ATTENTION! This is fixable and I am only leaving a poor review because it has happened several times.

Mmm, thanks for the rubbery chicken sandwich tonight. Crossing my fingers it doesn’t make me sick.

It’s a McDonald’s. What do you expect? They get your order right most of the time compared to other locations. The Big Mac is a culinary masterpiece

I went there on a Friday about 5pm or so i went to go pick my nephew who is a few years old a happy meal i don't really get fast food that much so i thought i pick him something up and i get my self something. I ended up getting a big mac if i could go back and tell my self not to do it i would. The big mac it tasted good and the fries great food was hot however after i ate it about 3 hours later i started feeling weird and after i got home i ended up getting really bad food poisoning i was up every hour throwing up all night i was up until 9am the next day and i normally have a really strong stomach but this was to much for me as i was down all weekend feeling the after effects so I'm not sure what was going on there or how clean the establishment is but please McDonalds look into food safety and try to make sure its looked into. Luckily though my nephew did not get sick that's all i was worried about at the time.

Sat in line 10+ mins non moving line because of ¿register? Issues, so I wasn't able to get food this time. I haven't had a decent McDonald's experience since 2019. Food is always cold, dried out, or funny tasting. Prices increase for declining service, less food and worse tasting product.

(Also, the ignorance in understanding how double drive-through works with the majority of people astounds me.stop cutting people off and learn how signs, lines of people waiting, and common sense work.)

Quick service and food was prepared correctly! Landscaping looked great and the inside was neat and clean! Even though I tried to give the cashier a hard time she maintained her professionalism! Worth the 5 stars

Young man taking payment barely looked at me, I said have a nice day, no reply, picking up the order an arm came out if the window, I think there was a person in there, I stated what my order was & she muttered something, never looked in my direction or made eye contact, maybe some of the employees from days could share some customer service protocol!
