McDonald's, Burbank OH

This establishment has outstanding service. They must have hired a new manager recently. 1000/10 would come again.

The manger named Scott Formhals is great! Excellent service, and outstanding food! Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, food was fresh, but the wait was long. Guessing it was being understaffed more than an issue with the service itself.

Typical McDonald's experience. I screwed up and tried to pay at the wrong window etc. They were super cool and helpful.

One of THE MOST pleasurable experiences I've had in a McDonalds and in a restaurant for a long time. The customer service and the care to the customers is evident! From the worker who opened the door and greeted us with a smile to Wes, the very kind gentleman behind the counter. You could tell they really do care about their guests. Will definitely be back Next time i drive by.

Worst McDonald's ever. Sat in the drive thru for at least 25 min, all for just two meals. Didn't get my sandwich right, meat was burnt and dry. Fries were cold, and by the time I got my food the ice in my drinks melted. When I got my food I got a blank stare, no apology or anything. This all happened at 915 pm on Thursday. I will never eat there again.

The food is Terrible at this location.

Love the local vibe. Super friendly staff. Typical quick McDonald's service. Only complaint is that the tables aren't cleaned often enough you have to clean it yourself.

I was hoping to get some foods via the drive thru before midnight on 8/21. Discovery that they were closed. I want my comfort food since I was having a bad day. If you are next door to a truck stop, then you should be open for the drivers that doesn't keep your hours.

Nice polite staff. Quickly went in, got a coke, and was on my way again. Restaurant was clean.

I did ask for hot fries but all the food was hot it was actually put together well and it was fast. Other than the tea not being sweet they did replace it for me so I can't complain about that it was a good experience

Had the most unfriendly, unhelpful, duty manageress I have come across at ANY fast-food outlet in 6 years in the USA.
We are semi-truck drivers and we parked at the truck stop adjacent to this particular McDonald's. We walked over to get something to eat and they closed the doors in our faces at 22h10, even though the website claims they're open until 23h00. So we walked to the drive-through, which was still operating. The manageress then opened the service window and said 'I can't serve walk-ins at the drive-through, it's company policy, good bye! ' and slammed the window shut and walked away from the window. Not the slightest hint of regret nor compassion for our plight. In fact she was almost aggressive.
So we fetched a semi-truck and went back to the drive-through. This time she stormed out the back door and said 'I can't serve semi-trucks at the drive-through', turned on her heel and stormed back inside.
The main problem was the attitude!

My chicken burger has no chicken. Quarter pounder only had meat and none of the other toppings. Bathroom was dirty.

Show up to get food and all their serving is fries and soft drinks at 10 o'clock at night

Was denied service, she could had taking my order since I was already Inside waiting for 6 minutes, but i guess it was to much for them to take my order on the drive thru register,

The food was hot. Drink was cold. The staff was pleasant. Wish all McDonalds were like this one.

I can only go to this location. My 4 yr old grandson feels all the rest are wrong. I'm sure they think he lives on cheeseburger happy meals but he eats other stuff. Staff is good service at drive can get backed up but the food will be fresh when that happens.
