McDonald's, Youngstown OH

I'll tell you what! This Christmas Ronald McDonald would be so happy! Especially for the way the operation is run on McCartney road in Campbell, Ohio! Their breakfast menu is excellent! Their food is prepared just the right way! If I could eat there, I would eat there everyday! I've tried all the sandwiches I've tried the Whopper and not Arby's sandwiches and the windy sandwiches! When I have my hunger attack! I go for a Big Mac! And another thing I like to say about McDonald's! What they do for these young men and these young women! Giving them chances to further education! If Ray crock was here today! He would be saying yay yay yay! When he passed away everybody was in sorrow! But for McDonald's he always looked out for tomorrow! And the kids toys in Happy meals give kids a thrill, and they always will!

Two stars because I usually have decent experiences here but today left a really bad taste in my mouth. The drive thru line was really long and I wondered why. I thought the person in front of me was ordering the whole menu or something. Nope. When it was my turn I was told to wait “one moment. ” Meanwhile multiple cars in the other drive thru lane were coming and going. It wasn’t until probably 5 minutes later they came back and asked for my order. No apology for the wait whatsoever. I don’t understand why they can’t alternate between the two speakers. Like take one order from one lan and then go to the other. Wait times wouldn’t go away but be much more bearable. PLEASE fix this. To add insult to injury, my chicken sandwich had pickles on it despite asking for it to be plain.

It wasn't too good how hard is it to put sweet and sour sauce and barbecue sauce in your bag it don't take a brain surgeon to figure that out

The food was fresh, tasty and was out super fast. Definitely one of my favorite Mickey D's locations for sure

Went at 1045, was not sure if it was still breakfast or switched to lunch. Pulled up to the drive thru, and they had the lunch menu up. I ordered some cheeseburger, but the lady said they weren't ready for lunch yet. No problem, so I ordered hot cakes with sausage. I paid and was asked to go forward and waited 5 mins. Lots of disorganization going on.

The service is trash not to mention that they ran out of hamburgers one day, this place needs to be shut down.

Just like the food the service is sloppy, wrong and just over all disgusting. I want to throw my food back in the window just like they do handing it out. The attitudes in this place are hilarious. If they put that much effort into making the food as they do with the dirty looks they might be somewhere in life. Why are the orders always wrong or not finished properly if it’s the SAME routine day in and out. Pathetic

The employees at this McDonald's are always courteous and nice and the ice cream machine always works! I give them a billion stars!

Horrible, food was wrong and cold and the district manager apologized and said she would give me a few coupons and that was weeks ago and I've got nothing, stay away.

Last night I ask for my double cheeseburger to be made fresh because last time it was old and burnt around the edges and when I got my food last night they gave me a cheeseburger it wasn’t even made fresh and it was burnt around the edges and hard even though I ask for a double cheeseburger and when I got the double cheeseburger that it was not made fresh and it was burnt and hard and the manager had a very rude attitude

First time I have ever waited over 15 minutes for food I ordered. Ser ice inside was not good bit I didn't want to disappoint my mom or grandkids with my displeasure. Normally the service is good. This time epic failure for multiple guests. And there was no real remorse at the subpar service. Sad

Making me pull up for a 10 peice McNugget? Seriously? And thanks for the two soggy fries at the bottom of the bag.

There was clumps floating in my coffee made me gag and dry heave I thought I was going to vomit while driving the same stuff was on the outside of the cup on the bottom. I threw it out I should have taken pictures but lesson learned not to go there again. My stomach was upset after too.

I came through the drive thru today and the girl at the window was rude. She was hardly reaching her hand out to hand me my food, was making fun of me as i was trying to grab my food. Very rude and I did not appreciate it.

Haven't gone here a single time all waiting spots arnt filled and end up waiting on food. Everytime without fail.

This McDonald in Youngstown got our order wrong. We had to wait even longer while they fixed.
