McDonald's, Rocky River OH

There are 2 ladies that I see frequently in the drive through. Both have brown curly hair and look to be in their 30’s-40’s. They have quite literally the worst attitude and customer service ever. It makes me want to take the extra 10 min to drive to the Detroit Rd.location. I’ve heard the one saying nasty things about customers while waiting on my order. I get that the job market is awful right now and people don’t want to work, but having a good attitude is well within their control. Be better.

Why do you say that you are open to 8: 00? I walked from home 1/2 mile away to pickup a sandwich. I got there at 7: 55 and watched a young man lock the door as I walked up. Now I have to walk home and get my car so I can go through the drive through.

I am a daily customer and especially like your consistency. This is inconsistent.

I'm used to receiving fresh food but today my big mac was old. It was very dry also the fries very disappointed.

I should not have to buy a large and small fry to receive a full order. Fill up the containers. Heck we paying for it!

But typically a McDonald's person, but had to grab a quick bite. Got a double filet o fish. Because they don't sell like hotcakes, I've noticed they are not always fresh. Must have been my lucky day because my sandwich was delicious. I was on my lunch break and they got me in and out quickly.

Best McDonalds around! Fast fast fast, efficient and friendly. Food is hot and orders are always correct.

Terrible. Paid almost 25 dollars for a few meals and my Big Mac was trash looked like a double cheese burger. Fries cold and salted when I asked for no salt on the fries. Called to see if I could bring back for a refund and no one answered

This location decided that 2 sausage burritos is too much for an order, so they only give you 1 now.

I don’t normally do this but One of the staff who handed my order gave me bad attitude, very subpar of her to do that. Almost dropped my food too. Smh

Best mc Donald's in Cuyahoga County. Coffee is hot food always fresh and staff is pleasant.

1st time stopping here and let’s just say highly unlikely I will ever again. The order taker in the drive thru was super rude. The gentleman who took my payment was awesome, friendly and polite. The young lady that gave me my food super rude. Just handed me my bag like I was inconveniencing her, I asked for extra butter and syrup she just walked away I didn’t even get an acknowledgment of my request. I sat and waited and she rudely asked me to pull up because they had to get more. I know it’s fast food but there is no need to be rude.

Writing this review as I’m pulling off. It’s 8: 13pm and I was addressed extremely rudely by the young girl who took my order. I saw a wrong order on the screen and when I tried to repeat the correct order she snapped on me and told me she heard me already. If i wasn’t afraid of my food being messed with/compromised I would have returned her rudeness. Instead I stayed polite but let my boyfriend pay at the window. Terrible customer service in such a nice place like Rocky River is unfortunate.

Nothing against the McDonald's stores for people at work in them the food just sucks it's not like it used to be I can't stand McDonald's

Frye's we're not fresh.cheeseburger had cheese put was not melted just put on.hardly any ketchup. Tearable

Fast service. Like, really fast. I make my order, grab my cup and sit down. But the time I am seated they are handing me my order. All of it correct! Surprisingly friendly management too. The workers don't seem over worked or tense. The franchise owner memorized my name in only two visits. Not only that, the owner is actually HELPING HIS EMPLOYEES. You know? How every boss should be? Putting his people before his profit? Where can you find that these days? !

Chic-fil-A that all I need to say why is the customer service sooooo good at that place and just horribly rude just down the block?
Why?

First off, I usually get decent food from this McDonald's, but today it was the worst I've ever had!

Both of my McChicken sandwiches were hard as a rock, overcooked, and you couldn't even tear the thing.

Chicken nuggets were undercooked, just gross and slimey texture.

I guess you just decide to give food to your customers that has been sitting around for awhile?

The person putting this food together can tell the food is bad, take some pride in your work. This unacceptable, even if your short staffed. I'd rather have to wait longer for better food!

Long wait in drive thru. Difficult time trying to make sure I received a coke as my drink with combo. For some reason they thought I wanted an extra drink! Oh well times are trying everywhere. Thankfully I don't live in that area. The McDonald's by me is more efficient.
