As always fries are either soggy or undercooked and gross. Burgers are slapped together and the patty is usually hanging off the side

From a dasher currently and it been half a hour and food wasn’t even ready I saw another dasher get into a argument with one of the employees for the same reason

Waited in line for over 30 min just to get to the ordering menu to be told they are closed. Mind you, there were also at least 10 other cars behind me. Not one employee came out to let any one know they were set to close at 10 tonight, that we wouldn't make it in time to order. So you've got one angry pregnant lady here mad and hungry. Way to go McDonald's. If I could give 0 stars I would. On a regular day your establishment is getting orders wrong but this, this could have been avoided. Just mad.

After I order and pay for my item. They tell me when They gave me one of my order that the machine was down for a latte. Every time I go they never have anything working.

Got some fish sandwiches a few days ago for my wife and my self. They were thrown to gather like no body care at all. I know it fast food but I'd like the tartar sauce and the filet to be on the bun. I won't be going back to soon.

I do mobile ordering and never had problem until now. They couldn't find my order. I showed them my order confirmation on the app numerous times. They wanted to charge me Again. After long wait finally got my order. NO APOLOGIES. And when I asked for a refill since I had finished my drink waiting. They REFUSED. I WONT BE BACK

This location is a joke. Incompetent employees that will lie to you to make their job easier

Rarely ever get anything wrong staff is always nice and professional. I live a block away from the Lorain location and will dive to the 117th location every time!

Most of the time, food is fresh, fries hot. Just takes too long in drive-thru. The drive-thru team DOES give friendly, courteous service!

Updating this review because the place has really seemed to turn around as far as I can tell.

I will never go to this location again and will tell others not to go! I went there with friends to order ice coffee and regular coffee. First off they got the order wrong, charged her for the wrong order, got nasty with my friend, we waited while they talked, my hot coffee was cold, very childlike atmosphere from the employees. This was about 7: 40 in the evening. Never again.

Undercooked wet fries. Was told to pull into a spot where we waited 10 minutes. They forgot the flurry and sauces. Said they'd be back with it, another 10 minutes. Came back with the flurry. Said they'd come back with sauces and never did. The wet fries were the unforgivable part. Don't think I've ever gotten under done food from McDonald's before.

The employees are rude and snobby to the customers. The casheir complain about customers coming to pick uo online orders

It's supposed to be fast food correct that's all I guess waiting 15 minutes away with two cars out of me was considered fast food big giant joke McDonald's first it was you don't have registers open for credit cards as cash only when you come back it's our 20 minutes late in line way to go

Slow drive thru, had to wait for order and pull into a space, because fries weren't ready, 8 minutes later for food to be brought out. Fries were hot, but burgers were sloppily made and everything was falling out when I opened the wrapper on both of them.

Pay your employees more and maybe this short staff problem would be resolved. Don’t run promos for things like curbside ordering if you can’t adequately support it. It makes me feel like a bad guy for purchasing from here.
