McDonald's, Cleveland OH

My order was incorrect even after I specifically asked if it was correct before I pulled away from the drive thru.

This location is very hit or miss in my experience. Staff is always very polite, but often it seems mobile app orders slip through the communication cracks between speaker and pick up window, leaving the customer waiting much longer than they would if they’d just ordered at the speaker to begin with.

With this pandemic know the Store is running on a thin crew. However there needs to be something done corporately to accommodate online order and the orders from doordash uber eats and such. Why are they waiting behind people ordering when the order they are picking up has already been placed. Open the lobby to just these services.
Our uber eats was die their dinner box and a couple of extra cheeseburgers.

They left our the nuggets 4 cheeseburgers. Nothing added to special instructions. Should be an easy order but nope.

Romanian Manager was AWESOME! Didn't get her name but she was very helpful and professional.

Ordered two quarter pounder meals and and they were absolutely raw on the inside. Manager was not alarmed by it and offered to remake or refund and never apologized for the raw food I was served.

They mistakenly missed a drink with my order today. I didn't realize it until I got to work because it was bottled and I figured in the bag.

I work right around the corner and they were kind enough to bring it to me so my preschooler had her OJ and I didn't have to get her back into the car. Great service and very kind.

Clean and open for business. Staff had rude moments but only when customers were rude and grabbing orders that weren't not theirs. Orders were being called out as they were made as they are supposed to do.

I guess slivered onions come on mcdoubles now and the chicken nuggets I received were at least an hour old or super over cooked my dog won't even eat them. As much as I hate to say this go to the Rallys next door

Drive thru was slow but the food was actually correct and hot. This is usually one of the better McDonald's.

Went to this location at midnight they forgot my fries there was a heavyset lady with a brown sweater giving attitude to every person in the driveway just not a very pleasant McDonald’s to go to late at night.

Even though they were out of quite a few things, the staff were so kind and on top of it that I really couldn't pull away upset.

This is the only McDonald's that I've been to that doesn't have consistent hrs. They are often randomly closed in the morning when they should be open.

Skipped my car in line and rung up the other side 3 cars in a row. And then chewed me out on the loudspeaker like I did something wrong. But hey you're McDonald's and you're too big to fail and you don't care about your customers.

Worst service totally unacceptable while going through the drive thru ordered the quarter pounder meal and received a chicken sandwich then when I went in still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to make it right.

Went thru drive thru and proceeded to place my order and I was told we are not selling quarter pounders right now. I asked why, and the young lade didn't know. So I ordered 2 big macs 2 fish sandwiches and a 10 piece nuggets got no sauce for nuggets and fish was old cold and dried up. The only reason I'm giving a 2 rating instead of a 4 or 5 as I've been giving is cuz I've been at this McDonald's alot in 5 years. My food use to be always great fresh and hot BUT not this time.

The experience here is always regrettable, This location just has some of the worst employees ever, maybe if I worked @ McDonalds I would hate my life too but I would at least try to do a good job!
