McDonald's, Parma Heights OH

As they just remold this place about 2 months. I like the old way it used to look inside. They have taken out the kid's play place.

It’s a 50/50.maybe they are open and maybe they scream out and say they are closed…. Very bad mcdonads. Maybe dont advertise being 24hrs if your not going to be…. I used to work there when I was 15… definitely different owners (12years ago)

Was js in the drive thru for over a 1/2. Multiple cars js sitting there. Not 1 time did anyone say "hey, there's gonna be a wait" or sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Let people know so they can leave, not js leave them sitting there. Horrible. Do better.

Since the GREAT PAY INCREASE, service workers seem to ONLY be interested in the effin tips!

This place is so unstable amd unprofessional depending on who is working at the time is what will be available they dont like running the Icecream machines nor the frappe machine most of the time it really upsets me when I specifically go for those items and 60% of the time the machine's are so called "Down" SMH

Absolute garbage customer service. The employees do not care. Talk on the cell phone and just walk away mid order and make you repeat the entire thing. Will not be back to this trashy location.

I waited 20 minutes at a drive thru this morning, and was never addressed once. This is a supposed 24-hour location. Sometimes they're "closed", whatever. They at least have the common courtesy to tell people. This morning was the first time in my entire time going here where no one even bothered to address us.

It's not being closed, it's not even the wait, it's the utter disrespect being shown to the customers. Have some decency, tell the people who keep you open what is going on. If there's an issue, fine, it happens. But to just ignore six cars stacking up in the drive thru and to care so little you don't say anything for at least 20 minutes?

The morning manager should be fired for this. Totally unacceptable.

It's McDonald's, the food isn't 5 star, but its not bad. It may not be the best fast food, but its not all bad. Order was correct and filled promptly.

I was served two quarters pounders that were borderline raw and 1 of the 3 was fully cooked. Restaurants quality drops drastically after hours if they even serve you. Employees often disappear.

I get that it's a 24hr location, but if you didn't want to work at McDonald's just say so. I ordered 4 mcdoubles all with extra pickles, and they rang them in that way, but every sandwich had 1 pickle. These sandwiches aren't that good to begin with, the pickles make it taste better disappointed with this location constantly

Said they 24 hrs I came at 2: 15am & I seen 3 workers waited 10mins for them to say we closed. How it's 24hrs & they never answered.

This McDonald's has went downhill in the past 2 months. I used to go there two to three times a week until I was double charged for a mobile order and got into a fight with the drive-thru girl who refuse to give me my food that I paid for twice. I stopped going for almost 2 months and decided I was going to try it out again tonight. Big mistake that was The service was just as bad and once again I was charged almost double for my order and told that I must take it up with the mobile app when it was incorrectly ring in and that is why I was charged so much. I will not be going here ever again and I recommend that nobody else does either customer service is atrocious and they do not want to do anything to help you even the managers
