McDonald's, Westlake OH

This is the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It looks very nice and always gets us through the line very fast and actually serves us HOT food (I’m not used to that haha)!

Burgers and fries burgers and fries. If you're coming for a fast food burger and Fry kind of deal McDonald's is the place that has that meal. If you are craving the perfect fast food Burger. You might as well come to the original and look no further. The one that started it all McDonald's.

Could be Covid19 Virus or its variants so if it tastes off it may taste bland! Flavor of food is primary to people on the go! So I try to get say ground meat an make up an item say, burgers, tacos, Spaghetti and others! If its bland also get tested! This isn't questioning of the Restuarants! It's about finding out about Your Family n friends, neighbors Health! Ask them an see what, they say about things!

Ordered breakfast for the family, but upon arriving home, discovered we were missing a sandwich. Drove back up, waited again in line, and let the girl taking the order know said I want a 2nd sandwich and I think they should comp me (as a food service manager, it is what I would do), but she informed me they couldn't do that. Pretty dissatisfied, now my breakfast is cold too.

I use the phone app to place orders and it's delivered to a parking spot, it is the fastest best service I have ever received at McDonald's

This McDonalds is not up to standards in my professional opinion. It’s the closest to my shop location so unfortunately if I’m running a little late it’s where I stop for a quick bite to tide me over in the morning. Several times I have had my order incorrect or items left out. So now I check my bag every time before leaving the drive. Lately when I have went through there has been the same order taker (Zena) if that’s how you spell her name and I apologize if it’s wrong. Anyway, she is very rude. You don’t say to a customer is that it or that all. I can understand it’s busy it’s a fast food restaurant but you can still be polite and not over pushy. Example; would there be anything else, or Thank you please pull ahead. There is one employee that is usually always working and she stands at the drive through window and hands the order out to customers. She is very polite yet gets the job done quickly and is not rude. Kudos to her she is very nice. I’d suggest a training seminar on how to talk to customers in a polite manner with your order taker. You can get people through fast in a more polite way without sounding rude or pushy. I can be done.

If this one is on w110th definitely dont like they dont wash hands after going in and out the doors everyone comes in.seen it with my own eyes and the wait is very long.i received cold food too many times.

Line was long but went fast. Seems like no McDonald's can ever get my order right though. Always order an unsweetened tea and end up getting a sweet tea.

This place is always clean! Just wish the lines weren't always full. I recommend, they always get my order correct (:

As a person who doesn't drive they have lost all my business since I can not even order food

Not delicious or even good food
Prices are expensive to the taste
Slow services
Their employees don't ware face masks

I ordered $20 worth of food for dinner for my family. I asked for 2 apple pies. One of the pies came in a box that did not say apple pie even though the other box did say apple pie. I took the pie out of the bag and asked the person running the window if it was an apple pie because of the difference in packaging from the other one. I was told that it was. When I got home the pie was not apple and it looked gross. The 2 large fries were cold and not edible. The only good thing that I got was 1 apple pie. This is unacceptable. The woman in front of me had to walk up to the window next to my car because they forgot one of her burgers. If I could take my money back I would. Thanks for the horrible dinner!

Wow! Had to change my review from 5 to a 1.

They forgot to give us a 10 piece nugget, so we are told to come back. Well they didn't even know about the missing item. The person handing the food, maybe a manager in her upper 40s and heavy set gives us a dirty look and attitude because they messed up. You can hear the workers swearing in the background as the drive-thru window is open. Just unacceptable behavior.

Check your order before leaving because it's NEVER correct. I ordered three
Bacon, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, when I got home, there were only 2, and there was NOTHING inside of them! I got two McGriddle cakes.

The service here SUCKED. You have employees running around without hair nets. And we had to go back twice because are order was screwed up. We got are food and Not a single napkin. You need to RE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.
