McDonald's, Wooster OH

Employees very rude, smelled of poor personal hygein. Claimed my order was right when it was wrong. Ronald would be ashamed

Person taking the order was rude. We ask for our receipt and she would not give it to us nor would the person handing out the food. Don't think I'll be back

Slowest McDonald's in the world.
Always have to park it and still have to go in, because order is wrong.

My food was hot and fresh. I was greeted with a hello and a friendly smile. Thank you so much.

We were the first customers to walk in this morning and we only seen one car in the drive thru since it just opened and were told to use the kiosk or we would have to wait.
Wow.
Glad we left because we went to Hart Hat Cafe Restaurant for breakfast and it was wonderful.
If I wanted to use the kiosk I would NOT have been at the register waiting patiently.
We need to support Mom and Pop businesses anyway.

Definitely one of the better McDonald’s I would say. Great polite staff whenever I would go through the drive through. Yes a lot of the time we would have to pull up to wait on fries or something but every alway came out correctly.

Rude and said they could not give us a receipt. This is not the first time it's happened. I would not recommend this McDonalds

So this little old lady that may be a manager or team lead whatever she is named Juney. She's had numerous complaints on her for how she treats customers. Every day customers at that. Avoid going here in the morning

Got to be the rudest staff of any McDonald's I've ever been to. High prices and poor service.

This particular McDonald's is the best in our area. The staff are always friendly and they prepare your order just as ordered.

Had to give this place one star to post my review worst place ever to go I will literally go out of my way to go to another McDonald's they always mess up my food at the location the service is very rude. I just refuse to go there anymore

I don’t recommend the food of this place, staff is very nice and specially for semi truck parking there 10 semi truck can park there and neat and clean restrooms

Got yelled at to "USE THE KIOSK! ". Only customer in the store and I wasn't ready to order yet. So I simply replied no thank you.
Can't wait for an automated McDonald's. Rude people gonna sass their way to the soup line.

Let me tell you.if I could give you less then one star I would. My husband came through the drive through yesterday morning and grabbed a platter for my 1 1/2 year old. The biscuit had mold on it and when I called and spoke to whoever answered the phone (claiming to be the general manager) flat out told me there was no mold on it when I just wanted him to make sure no one else got one! The east Lincoln way McDonald's is the worst.you could have simply apologized and that would have been fine. You didn't need to be so rude frfr

Went through the drive-thru got two fish sandwiches too small fries a small chocolate shake and a small caramel frappe the food was disgusting the fries were cold the buns were burnt I'll never go back there again

Friendly staff.but alllllllways a wait. Nothing special ordered either. Always "pull to the curb please". Don't expect fast food.then people drive away that were behind me.

If it wasn't so convenient for my child to eat there I would not ho there. The food is always cold and cheese isn't melted

For fast food they need someone on register to help I stood there for about 5 mins and the girl that helped was a nasty grouch, like I was interupting her day.
