McDonald's, Maumee OH

This mcdonald’s literally NEVER has holiday pies at night it’s like they just don’t make them.and then they don’t even put any in the oven for you and for what? So you have less to clean up at the end of the night.i work in food service and am not allowed to do that. DISAPPOINTING.just do the work you were hired to do maybe? Also heyy maumee ;)

Please change your opening time. It is not 5 AM. Always had good service and good food. But you never open at 5 AM. Please change it till six.five star service. One star opening time. And again,

This restaurant is in a part of town that gets neglected. However, the morning staff I interact with a couple of times a week have been great. I see a crew sweeping up every morning. This is hard to keep clean. Its common to see customers throw their trash on the ground.
Kudos to all. This industry is difficult at times, and I applaud everyone involved. Thank you for the great service. Keep it up!

The pull up and wait for food needs to end. Only fast food restaurant that does this. It's annoying.

This location has gone way down hill. I don’t know who in the hell owns this McD’s but it’s sad it is really really sad. I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for over 7 mins NOT MOVING!
GET. IT. TOGETHER. NOT. HARD!
Not to mention they need to change the grease in the fryer. Seriously you can’t tell it’s old‍️‍️. Ugh

My order was accurate and brought to my car quickly. I used the mobile app to place my order and the curbside lane to pickup. Staff was friendly.

Dine in service at this location McDonald's was terrible. I waited way too long and there wasn't very many people in the restaurant.

Very abrasive manager. When we arrived she saw us and another group waiting and directed us to the kiosk in order to order. There was only one kiosk working, the people ahead of us didn’t want to use the kiosk and the manager essentially said too bad so the people stormed out. I used the kiosk without issue and as I was patiently waiting I was looking at the overhead menu and the manager saw me and stated my order, I was taken off guard initially and didn’t hear what she said so she said it again and I had to think for a second because I thought I ordered something different and she became exasperated when I said “yea I think so” and threw up her arms and walked away. Haven’t had McDonald’s in years so really wasn’t prepared for the abrasive attitude, especially from a manager who is supposed to be keeping the atmosphere calm and collected. Food was still good, probably just go to a different location if you want a welcoming atmosphere/nice people.but also it’s McDonald’s so you can’t expect much.

The food was not cooked all the way. Fried soggy and absolutely no salt.

I recommend strolling to another McDonalds, or eyyy, Bk is right down the street.

It's really hit or miss with this McDonald's I think. On a Friday night I would have given five stars easily because everything was hot and fresh with fast service. But, now on a Sunday night fries were from the bottom of the barrel and chicken was old and lukewarm. So yeah, hit or miss, just take your chances on any given day.

McDonald's food is now fairly pricey, no longer a "cheap" option. This visit, they shorted up 2 orders of fries and 1 sandwich, or about $10 of food. By the time I noticed, I was at home and it was late to report on it.

Just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's lol I'm never rude to staff I know they be having rough days plus I don't want them spitting in my food. But I just got laughed at hysterically because of my appearance from the lady with the piercings at the window and then she walked around the corner to the back and started bombarding me with insults and making gagging noises. Don't think she realized the window was still open because I heard most of it. Told her coworker to go look, her coworker walked by the window, walked back around the corner and then I hear more laughing and gagging noises. Honestly unbelievable. Then handed me my food and told me to have a good day. Wasn't even rude to them. Will never be coming back here and I'm calling the manager ‍️

We stopped by after the AW vs Maumee game yesterday and I have to say this was one of my best fast food experiences since I can't remember when. The line was long from the game letting out but it went quickly. Our burgers tasted fantastic and were well built. The fries were hot and salted perfectly. Thank you for a great experience.

This location consistently messes up orders; i ordered a four piece happy meal with ranch and received two nuggets and no sauce and the seven fries are just tossed into the box.plain cheeseburgers have condiments, wrong sizes for drinks, fries barely fill the container.simply put this location sucks

Dirty and sticky dining room floor, like nobody mops. Place was not busy, so I don't see why they could not clean the dining room. Had sour smell, not a strong odor. But git whilst of it. It was not the normal McDonald smell you get when you open the door.

Tony was the best boss I ever had. Classy and personable. Only job I never quit in anger. I quit to go to college. Good people, good food.

Took them apparently a half hour for 26 cookies. Then when we ask to get them, they have been done for at least 10 minutes. They litteraly forget and take a very long time. Multiple people inside complaining. Also, when I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, half of the beef was on the sandwich while the other was just cheese. They put WAY too much mayo on it. (it was a "regular" amount on the slow kiosks.) Seems ingredients were slapped on with no effort. Then when they take long they use the excuse "We're short-staffed" like they do at every mcdonalds. Please never go to this place unless you want a horrible experience.

Drive through screen shut off on me and I couldn't order.: (but the ladies were super nice in the drive thru line and making the best of the situation

While I have had my fair share of bad experiences at McDonald's establishments, this one went above and beyond to make sure I would never come back. Not only did they mess up part of the order, the wait was unbelievable. When I finally spoke to a manager, she went back and grabbed the order right away, indicating it had been finished and no one bothered to bring it up, after 30 MINUTES. Unbelievable, this place is terrible, whoever is running this place needs to take a look at their staff, and how they are running the place.

Never have orders right Food wasn’t cooked all the way never go there again even the managers are rude and disrespectful
