McDonald's, Middletown OH

We had just gotten back from a long road trip and we're tired. We were thinking this McDonald's would be a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. They had both drive thru's open. We pulled up behind a guy I guess was waiting to hear from who ever was working we sat there for 15 minutes in the drive thru for guy in front to get a response he finally got his it then we ended up waiting another 5-6 minutes for them to respond to us. Then another 5 minutes at each of the windows to get to pay for and get food. That was the longest 30 minute fast food drive thru encounter I've ever had. Food was 1 Dbl quarter cheese and 2 sweet teas, sandwich was so-so.

Fast service and they got my entire order for three people correct. I realize that's not a very high bar, but that's what it is.

I completely understand the drive thru is a bit slower because of the employee shortage, but we asked an older lady for our extra topping on a McFlurry because we paid for extra and she was SO rude and had an attitude and wanted to argue over it…. It takes two seconds to pump more Oreo in the McFlurry… literally no need for your nasty attitude and looking lost like how dare someone ask for the Extra topping that they paid for! Like honey put a smile on your face and get over it, we all have struggles out here!

Worst kale I have ever not eaten I literaly ate own pants yesterday under a cabinet in my turtle shell wich is located 888888888888881 bikini bottom Patrick and sponge bob street

This place is a puzzle to me. I buy the same 6 piece happy meal twice a week and everytime is a different price. This is also the only place that has ever charged me an upcharge for a free water. I showed them the receipt and asked about it and they told me "we didn't charge you the water was free" I then showed the receipt to her and she says after confirming with manager "yeah well sometimes it just does that sorry" that was it and they looked at me like I was crazy. The food is so so and the workers are always grumpy.

This location was horrible! I'm pretty sure they served me yesterday's old food for breakfast. My biscuits were so hard I couldn't eat them and the cinnamon bun was also extremely hard and uneatable. Will never go back to this location

All 24 hr McDonald's need more night help every time I go here after work "12 AM" I have to sit in a line for over an hour to get a sandwich

Went here at lunch time on a Saturday after a soccer game and before another game started. Was scared to go bcuz the last handful of time we have went here its been awful food and service was extremely slow. The food was great and fresh, we went thru the drive thru and it actually went pretty fast. Hope it wasn't just a 1 off, and this is the standard they are back too.

Had to sit at the drive thru order speaker for 3 and a half minutes before anyone answered me or took my order. So much for fast food!

This specific store is the worst in terms of giving you the correct order. No matter what your order is they will certainly find a way to mess it up. It’s laughable at this point. If I could give zero stars I would.

This location is often busy but they do have SOME hard workers in there. The food can also be a hit or miss sometimes, I'd go back.

It was very good my order was correct and hot they finally had a full crew the wait wasn't long.

Middletown has the worst mcdonalds. This location refuses to make food after 8pm. Dont bother if you dont have an hour to wait in line. Clearly the owners hate money.

Longline very very slow unprofessional manager by the name of Brenda hung up on me several times doordash in with the wife trying to call to confirm for pickup manager hung up on me three times very disrespectful very very poor

For the most part this mcdonalds is good, they don't mess up orders much and the workers are super friendly. However, this mcdonalds hasn't sold sweet tea in at least a month now, from what I heard the machine is broken and nothing is being done to fix it. I won't be back until they do because one of the main reasons I stop here is for the tea.

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I literally drive across town to the other McDonald's rather than go to this one, and i bet i can drive there, order my food, and get my food before they would even take my order at this McDonald's. I've waited for close to an hour many many many times and they still manage to screw up my order EVERY time. Not worth the time or aggrevation.

If i could give 0 stars i would, i swear out of every McDonald's ive been to this is the worst.not to mention at midnight they only serve fries and drinks, as well as at 1: 30 they literally are open but ignore the drive through completely, i literally tested this 8 times, so it wasn't accidental if i only had a choice of a garbage can meal or mcdonalds off verity parkway id choose garbage, atleast its accurate, and dont get me started with the ice cream machine (never has ever worked any of the countless trips ive made) McDonald's corporate get your act together or you'll end up closing these doors due to high wages and lack of customers.
The only reason im even saying this bow is tonight i waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru that had only 3 cars in the line, just remove this facility and close your door, it'll save your reputation in the long run, but from now on my late night trips will be at taco bell.

Horrible service! Waited in drive thru for 25 and ordered was never taken. I finally pulled off. While waiting I counted 11 vehicles pulling out of line that's not even including the ones that drove straight through the lot after seeing the line.

Truly the worst McDonald’s.just went there and she said “sorry were not taking orders right now” I had placed an online order and she said she couldn’t fulfill it. It’s literally always an issue here.
