McDonald's, New Lexington OH

Food was fine. But maybe the kids in the back cooking and taking orders shouldn’t be louder than everybody is in the “restaurant. ”

A staff person brought my tray to my table. She then volunteered to get my water, because it was a long way from where I was sitting. Great experience being taken care of that way. I have much respect for that restaurant.

Everything was good except the Hash Browns were just warm.
Really glad the Bagel Sandwiches are back!

Sometimes they are spot on, other times they are awful. However, as of late, the young man working the drive thru has been spectacular! Always so friendly and accommodating! He needs a raise and idek his name, sorry. I was there last night around 8: 45-9, if that helps figure out who he is. I really like his positive attitude!

Slow service got my bag paid my bill pulled away and of course one of the items missing out of the bag

Struggled with the McDonalds app, it was telling me to cancel my order, but in reality, it was open! Our sandwiches were ok and this time of year, I expect cool fries and wasn't disappointed.

Drive-thru is really slow today, but everything was hot and right. Fries were perfectly salted.the kids working drive thru were great!

My favorite thing is when restaurants choose when they want to open every single day it's a different time. Today 5: 30 last week 515,520, etc. Its so great after sitting in line to be told you're not getting breakfast today because they can't adhere to their hours consistently. 10/10 would not recommend

It was ridiculously time consuming for how slow they were and they still managed to forget 3 of my big ticket items. When I called they offered to replace but have no way to refund back to your card. This is bull, since many people hit McDonald's on their travels and never go back to the same one. I honestly can't stand McDonald's anymore, but this last experience really put the nail in the coffin. This location specifically is terrible. Great job guys.

Took over 20 mins get food then didn't even do my food right and a dude threw pop everywhere had addittude and about hit son

I ordered wrong 3 Mcflurries and they got me the right ones with no problem and was my fault. Thank you guys for making it right!

When the crowd comes they get very slow. Otherwise nice! If you have the app they have many different options!

Mess up our order three times. Our food was cold and the worker was worried about getting off and on her phone and my big mac had mold on it worst service we had ever had 2 stars for the fast service.

Food is good but seriously the doors are still locked at 10: 00 am!? I didn't feel like waiting in the massive line so I went to go in, the first door was locked, I decided it was fine and went to the other and of course it's locked too. Who runs a restaurant like this, is it so difficult to run the front and the drive through. I'm fairly certain they have the staff for it.
