McDonald's, Ashtabula OH

How can you charge40 cents a sandwich for extra tartar sauce. Do u charge me less when I want stuff left off? NO! I wont be going to Mcdonalds anytime soon! What a joke!

What a joke this place is. You think I would have learned from past experience. Ordered 2 coffees with cream, easy right. Well pulled away, no cream, coffee cold. Happened before. Can not go in because this place has only drive thru service. Worker at the first window would not get me cream or help, wanted me to wait in line again. Waited for 20 minutes, drove away in frustration. This is today's work force.

I was disappointed to find out they charge 40 cents for mayonnaise
. All I wanted on my sandwich was mayonnaise.
But they will give you a mayonnaise packet free.
My French fries were hot and not salt like I asked.and the frys, I got a full container!

The prices are too expensive now days for no reason. On top of that I went through the drive thru order four items and only got 3 items out of my order.

Well I can only remark on the mocha iced coffee. Aww yes! Refreshing, and just what I needed. Although some know how to make it, but then again you get those that unfortunately mess it up big-time. Although this particular day was Perfect I must say!

Ther high rude, and charge for everything extra they will make u wait in drive threw till u say hello? I think they suck harbor is way better

We had a drive through order for 6 people 20 minutes before closing. The staff was tired but friendly and they got the order completely correct. Thanks.

Two days in a row I go to get food. First day I get the sausage, eggs and cheese McMuffin meal. The muffin was never toasted and the egg was not fried but just a square scrambled egg. Day 2 I get pancakes and sausage and a hash brown. Get the bag it’s something all over the bag which I knew something was wrong before we received our food because 2 workers looked at the bag before giving it to us instead of giving us a new one. Then I get home and no butter or syrup for the pancakes and also no silverware. So needless to say I will not be returning to this location after the past two experiences there!

I usually go here and my experiences are perfectly fine. But today was different I don’t know who the lady that came to the window was, I have never seen her before. But I was missing food from my order and she was being overly rude. I just wanted the food that I paid for. I have called corporate and will not be going back there until this lady gets spoken to. I am a very nice person and it takes me a while to get angry but this lady pushed me to my limit. All over a mcchicken and a hamburger! I don’t know if there’s something this lady is going through and she thinks she needs to take it out on others but seriously come on now! Absolutely ridiculous.

Drive thru people were friendly just have to pick your time u want to go there during lunch and dinner times ur gonna have a Little wait do to lots of customers using the drive thru other than that I recommend this McDonald's it's also clean

I would say that they are doing their best to provide quick service and friendly as well. Just watch the rush so that the french fries are completely done and burgers are hot enough. Last two visits our burgers were cool and the cheese was barely melted.

These people are understaffed. The service and food are fine. But, they open at seven because of under staffing. I have to work at seven. And this place is close. They sit at the window at 5 till seven and refuse to take an order until seven. Pises me off.

The edgewood location is forever messing up your orders. Even messed mine up tonight. I understand lack of staff but this has been an ongoing issue. More management then lower staff.

I have one complaint about McDonald's in Ashtabula that can't get a large iced tea right tell him what to put in it and they never get it right other than that the food's good I don't like the prices I'm not happy that the IC went up $0.50 over the pop prices but I guess that's inflation

We went to this McDonald's at around 10pm last night with a car full of 6 kids & 2 adults so it was a very large order and we expected a long wait or incorrect order.we waited less than 5 minutes and everything was correct, hot, and fresh. I don't usually enjoy McDonald's food - it's just a quick, convenient meal once in awhile, but I was thoroughly impressed with absolutely everything & we left with 6 happy, full kiddos!

If I could give no stars, I would. They're always messing up my order. The burgers are always overly sloppy, and there are a set few employees that are very rude!

When they mess up your order there is no way to get it corrected except for to beat on the glass because the lobby is locked to the public. Then when they get there to help you they act like you did something wrong asking for all of what you paid for instead of just half of it. Their meals are as much as a dine in restaurant so they are making huge bucks keeping that dining room closed and hiring half the staff and providing half the service.

If you are a truck driver you can forget this place. They haven’t open there doors due to the pandemic even though all the other fast foods have. You must have a car to use the drive thru. My truck won’t fit.
